Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located, nice courtyard and back patio seating, good breakfast. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

Property is well taken care of. We really enjoyed sitting out back of our first floor room. We also enjoyed the included breakfast which is a nice bonus. The only room for improvement is the internet service was down and never was fixed the two nights we stayed. I had asked about it at the office but all I was told is that they knew and were not able to fix it. Anyway, as mentioned the motel is near many shopping and eating places and it is well maintained. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

A beautiful and quiet place to stay. We have stayed here several times and have not been disappointed. The hotel could use some updates or refreshing, but an overall great place to stay.

This property is a recent purchase; the new owners are in the process of upgrading. Though the room was clean and comfortable, it was showing its age. The grounds were nice; a back door out of the room led to a small patio and green space. Nice addition, but the next door tenants were smoking on their patio and the cigarette smoke even wafted into our closed room. Breakfast was adequate, but don't expect any extra frills. All in all, we would stay here again, but it is not yet a top-line facility for the price.

This was a great hotel. We stayed in King Deluxe room and we really enjoyed it. I wouldn’t even say it was a normal two star hotel. We will stay there again!

Room with Jacuzzi very spacious. I liked the small couch that was in the room giving one a place to sit while watching TV, I always stay here while in Payson. Walking distance to small convenient store and restaurant.
