We stayed here for a quick local getaway with the kids and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, spacious, and just what we needed. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area but still close to Mystic and Westerly attractions, which made it easy to explore. A few hours after check-in, we had an unsettling encounter with a guest who called the police and falsely accused us of trafficking our own children. It was baseless and incredibly upsetting. The police arrived, quickly assessed the situation, and confirmed there was no issue. The hotel manager was gracious and offered to move our room, but we chose to stay. Thankfully, the guest left the next day, and the rest of our stay was calm and comfortable. Despite that bizarre incident, the location is convenient, and the hotel itself offers clean, reliable accommodations.

Just as expected…which is good!!!

Not surprised since I read reviews before booking but the hotel was a perfect fit for our trip to Mystic. Other than pillows that were too soft and shapeless and the pool’s temperature was colder than they claimed, it was pleasant and well worth the price spent. Kudos to Mike & Co. at the front desk and Chrissy for a wonderful time at breakfast. Will come back next time we’re in the area
