I was there for just one night. The lobby area, and common areas were really pretty they even had a little gift shop. Resort is literally located next to the ocean in a small gulf. So that was nice. Breakfast was decent only full of flies. No one speaks English but I speak Spanish so it was okay. The neighborhood around it must be iffy. For the resort to have high walls and barbed wire and a security guard in a kiosk at the entrance. We got a tiny room with two beds. The room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and hard. Barely any room to walk. Around the beds. It had a tv thankfully. The bathroom was pretty old and light switch buzzed. Only plus side was that wifi reached our room. Thankfully we only stayed one night. On the outside the hotel is really pretty but the room quality was that of a motel room. I was surprised since this hotel appeared on the fifa list of approved hotels. I'm just grateful I didn't stay longer

Belo por do sol no píer do hotel.

Compreendo que a check-in da maioria dos hotéis é às 14:00h. Levando em consideração que o hotel estava literalmente vazio, no máximo tinha 05 aptos ocupados, considerando também que estamos em baixa estação, achei inconcebível a recepção só liberar minha entrada às 13:40h. Cheguei ao hotel às 12:10h, sai para dar uma volta, almocei no hotel e tive que ficar esperando o apto ser liberado. Como sugestão, numa situação desta - o check-in deveria ter sido liberado.

Hotel Amoaras

Check-in: Demorou um pouco para o hotel nos acomodar, devido uma falha de comunicação com a plataforma Hoteis, o que foi desagradável, pois minha filha, uma criança, já estava cansada da viagem. No entanto, as recepcionistas são muito solícitas. Localização: O hotel fica longe de farmácias, supermercados, shoppings, etc. A área é meio perigosa. Acomodação: na qual ficamos é um tanto rústica, precisa de reformas, principalmente no banheiro. Os travesseiros são tipo "nasa", não é todo mundo que gosta. Estrutura/ Comodidades: a área externa é legal, uma vista bonita no "cais". Não é um lugar silencioso, pois tem sons nas redondezas. O wifi não é bom.

Hotel Péssimo

A única coisa boa é a paisagem. De resto horrível; café da manhã sem muita variedade, bolos de padaria (ruim), poucas mesas, mas tem espaço pra colocar outras. Área externa descuidada, principalmente o jardim. Pedi dois quartos próximos a entrada, devidi a mobilidade da minha mãe ( mandei por escrito antecipadamente) e nos colocaram nos últimos 114 e 115. O 114, estava sem funcionar o ar condicionado e escorrendo água na pia. Cama de casal ñ existe, é duas camas de solteiros juntas. Enfim ñ vale o valor da diária pelo o que é oferecido. A única coisa boa são as toalhas de banho e o atendente João Pedro. Ñ recomendo. Péssimo.

Estadia péssima

Houve demora no checkin, os quartos são empoeirados, não tem água quente no chuveiro, o ar condicionado ficava pingando água dentro do quarto, a tv não pegava canais, o telefone do quarto na funcionava, preços dos produtos no restaurante são abusivos. Tive uma péssima esperiencia nessa estadia.

Foi uma estádia para um final de semana em casal. Achei os quartos bem fracos em aparência e conforto, isso deixa a experiência do cliente mais baixa. Mas atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã muito bom... Então diria que os quartos decepcionam, mas que tbm tem coisas boas.
