Atendimento mt bom de todos os funcionários, porém preciso fazer um alerta.
Nosso quarto (03) estava impossível de dormir. O ar condicionado mt antigo faz barulho de forma absurda, não conseguimos dormir.
A madeira das portas comidas de cupim, que quando íamos fechar a porta passava direto para o lado de fora.
O quarto fedia a mofo e muitas vezes vinha cheiro de esgoto do banheiro… de madrugada o ar começou a pingar água na cabeça da gente.
Não sou de fazer comentários negativos por pouca coisa, mas imagino que essa situação se estende já faz tempo e eles não se preocuparam com manutenções básicas e no bem estar dos hóspedes, que buscam uma boa experiência.
Pagamos uma diaria extremamente alta para o que nos ofereceram em estrutura, decepção total.
