Depois de uma noite hospedado neste local, saí de la com várias erupções cutâneas, que a principio achei q era alguma intoxicação, mas ao visitar um medico descobri que era insetos de colchão. O atendimento é ótimo, a estrutura do local ok, localização excelente, mas precisam melhorar a higiene dos quartos.

Equipe de funcionários excelente. Falando sobre a estrutura do hotel, o quarto em que fiquei estava em péssimas condições, o ar condicionado muito antigo estava sujo e excessivamente barulhento; a cortina não tinha todo o comprimento da janela; no banheiro, não havia porta sabonete, a ducha higiênica estava quebrada; o colchão era muito mole o que me provocou dores na coluna. Além disso, minha estadia foi agendada para o dia anterior pois eu chegaria bem cedo antes do checking, porém, não fizeram nenhuma observação na reserva e quando chegue não tinha nenhum quarto disponível, tive que esperar e acabei perdendo uma diária.

A comunicação é péssima, tive problemas com o ar condicionado que só foram solucionados com a troca do quarto após três dias porque eu já estava disposta a brigar. No outro quarto, teve um vazamento no banheiro que nunca foi verificado, pedi um rodo pra puxar a água e nunca foi encaminhado, solucionei utilizando a tolha de rosto pra secar o chão e não escorregar. Não recomendo.

No quarto tinha muitas baratas das pequenas. Uma garrafa de água em cima da mesa e do móvel e elas estavam lá. A porta com defeito, o cartão não abria de forma alguma. Ficávamos descendo e subindo o tempo todo para o acesso ao quarto, e mesmo o funcionário constatando que o defeito era da porta, continuamos no mesmo quarto e com o mesmo problema de sempre tá chamando algum funcionário para acesso ao quarto. Chuveiro pifando o tempo todo, descarga sem forças. A estadia foi péssima
