Good - The staff is wonderful. The property is clean & well maintained. The rooms are well equipped & spacious. The rooms have 2 air conditioners so it stays cool. The price is very good. Bad - The property is in the cut. Not really near anything walkable including food or grocery stores. You will need to rely on Grab or other apps. The beds are not comfortable- hard & lumpy. The walls are thin so we could hear the Russians down the hall daily conversations & slamming the door at all hours of the day & night. There was also a horrible smell that would occasionally come up through the pipes filling the room. We checked out a couple of days early for another hotel because of these reasons. You may like it because others do. It’s about personal preference & needs. We instead went to the Holiday Inn which had the same price, free breakfast, 3 blocks from the beach, good beds and surrounded by restaurants & more.

Relaxing stay

The services were amazing. The staffs would go extra miles to accommodate us. Especially, Khun Bow has taken good care of our group. The facility is new and clean. Extra points to the cute friendly cats.

Nice and clean hotel - needs some improvements!

Nice and clean hotel, although 2-3km from centre area and not easy to get bike-taxi or walk into Second Rd/Walking Street. The room was decent size with large tv, safe (passports/money) and great wifi connection, although no cutlery, plates or cooking equipment - even although the room had a kitchen area! I had a 'free mini bar' included in my stay which was 2 cans of juice and crisps, but was not refilled each day I contacted front desk. Breakfast times were ideal, although each day the place had far too many flies hovering in and around the food etc.

All the facilities are new and good quality. Breakfast is good taste. Everything is great. Not far from the Jomtien beach. Very cheap hotel in pattaya. We recommended for long stay.

We chose this hotel because of location and the features they said they had. Has kitchenette cooking area, but no pans, cups, silverware, cookingware.... nothing. Big kitchen but empty cupboards. When we told the host that this was the reason we had chosen this hotel, he just smirked and said they don't have any. Also, no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable for one person, let alone two persons. The sofa they had was more for a college dorm room, small and cheap. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Boven verwachtig

Het ligt wat afgelegen als je van de andere kant afkomt door een wirwar van straatjes. Als je van de richting Jomtiem of Pattaya eenvoudig Soi 15. De netheid en ruimte overtrof ons en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. In de ochtend een lekker croissant en koffie verkrijgbaar. Was te koud voor het zwembad. Ons kleinzoon was dachten we zijn vrachtauto vergeten en er werd naar gezocht en ook de dag later over terug gebeld. Prima. De auto was trouwens terecht zat gewoon in de tas. Soi 15 uit wandelen dan rijdt de Bahtbus naar Jomtiem en Pattaya voor 10 baht ben je op je bestemming
