Bed was hard as a rock. Not enough overhead lighting in the room. Small 18cm diameter round mirror in the bathroom. Pool is large and interesting but only about 60 cm (2ft) deep at the deepest location - great for younger kids and terrible for adults/teens. Area with larger mirror in room would be good place for a lady to apply makeup except the design blocks a chair from sliding under the tabletop. In a quiet area but not really near anything interesting.

House keeping Ladies taking photos of towel because we had sun tan lotion marks on and refused to change. A quick wash and rinse out by myself got all marks out of the towel. Swimming pool is dangerous had 4 Stiches due to fall in pool. The pool has many obstacles that are not easily seen because of the darkness of the pool. Breakfast not up to other Thailand hotels we have stayed in.

we have welcome drink at Pink Salom Eatery&Bar. it’s great atmosphere. The room is comfortable for us and the bellboy is nice to recommend many places around this area. Near the hotel, there are coffee shop and ice cream shop that you can chill out all day.

Useless staff

Took 45 minutes to check in and the staff in the reception were rude and obnoxious. Specifically booked a king size bed but got a room with twin beds. Told the staff about it and they promised that they were going to take care of it but never heard from them again.

While, when I check in, they somehow even I was waiting in a Q for checkin, but one Chinese cut in the q, but reception accepted them to check in first. And took more then 15 min. Also even for the deposit, they didn’t accept credit card, only accept with cash....

Prima Wongamat .

Was first given a room that I didn't pay for but was moved 4 days later to a poolside room which was great. Had problems with WiFi and when asked for more lady wouldn't give so best to buy a AIS SIM and use a local provider. Forgot to leave coffee a lot too and had to remind a few times. Overall though a great place to stay and most staff very friendly. Good room service too when can't be bothered going out to eat. Peaceful and relaxing.

Very quiet hotel with great swimming pool

I was with my girlfriend 4 days and everything was perfect. Relaxed place with lovely staff ,very helpful and delicious food. Very confortable bed and amazing swimming pool. I'll come back soon.

Fair priced and nicely located mid-range hotel

Hotel offered good value for money and is located in a nice, quieter area of Pattaya. Downsides were the currently ongoing noisy constructions next door and the partly less professional, though very friendly staff. Overall a decent choice if you don't expect luxury but a clean room at a fair price.

Do not let the pictures sway you. Unless you book a poolside room you will be in the "office block" at the back. Nice lobby, but that's where it stops. Construction site next door as well. Woeful tv reception, asked about it and told will fix tomorrow . . . yeah right! (no dvd or cd as advertised or sea view). Empty mini bar. Warning, do not try room service. Breakfasts below par (2 tea bags in pot per 100 people). Asked for a glass to put toothbrushes in but told only two glasses per room! Top this off with thin walls so you can hear "everything" next door . . . all night! I am sure you can do better elsewhere.

Decent enough room for the money.Location a bit far from the nightlife in a very Russian area.Breakfast buffet was ok although when I went to top up my water bottle with iced water I was refused and told to buy some.I filled my glass instead then had the over officious waiter watching me like a hawk for the rest of my breakfast.

Perfect accommodation for great price

I would recommend this hotel in Pattaya. We spent here very nice time. We were satisfied with our room, breakfast and hotel´s staff. If I returned to this place, I would book this hotel once again.
