Fantastic Place - No need to look any further
From the initial greeting by the owners who were a fantastically helpful friendly couple, to the room itself, everything was Great.
I cannot fault any part of the stay.
The room was Large clean and quiet.
Very close to the beach and all amenities you would need, including 711, restaurants and cheap hop on / off taxi service for 10 Baht.
They also offer moped hire which we did with them.
I would go back to The Breezy House without question and I would not even bother looking at other places to stay or hotels.
Price was good, Facilities and room great and anything you require they would be happy to assist with.

Breezy room
Joli studio situé dans le condominium Trio Gems au bout de la rue mais néanmoins proche de la plage. Hôtes très sympathiques, possibilité de louer un scooter sur place à un prix dérisoire (200 baths par jour). Un peu éloigné du centre de Jomtien mais il est aisé de prendre un songthaew pour s'y rendre. Piscine peu fréquentée et bien agréable car la plage est plutôt sale. Une bonne adresse.
