Escape to our hilltop retreat, where panoramic views and endless adventure await! Our property is located just 10-12 minutes from both Paso Robles and Templeton downtown areas. It is also centrally positioned within 1-3 miles of many surrounding wineries, including Still Water, Cass Winery, and Reva Wines. It is comprising a main house and guesthouse, sleeps up to 18 guests. Enjoy a large heated pool, two relaxing hot tubs, and explore 15 acres of hilltop land perfect for hiking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Please load the dishwasher with all your used dishware. Also, please clean the outdoor grill after using it (cleaning supplies for grill are in laundry room )
Turn off all the lights during checkout. During the day, there is a lot of light in the house, so make sure to turn off the lights. Leave the guest house key on the kitchen counter of the main house
Throw all the trash in the dumpster during checkout. The dumpster is located near the main house, close to a tree. Leave all the used towels in hamper located in laundry room and guest house
