What a beautiful resort. Our room was amazing. Gas fireplace, full kitchen, 2 full baths, and washer and dryer. Steps from the gondola. Great service.

Overall good, we had some issues with the temperature in the room fluctuating from very hot to very cold. Unfortunate WiFi outage for a day and difficult getting transportation to other locations via taxis/uber. The hotel shuttle was helpful.

The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The resort is lovely. I love spending time at the pool. My room was cleaned every day which I appreciated.It’s time to upgrade the pillows and mattresses. The pillows were squishy and felt old. The mattress was so so. Overall I would stay there again.

Parking was challenging, pay the money and do the valet. Didn’t appreciate the early morning text reminding us to be out of the room by 10:00, not very hospitable. Probably won’t stay here again.

Beautiful clean room with a patio to enjoy the mountain air. There was an issue with our reservation- we reserved a 2 queen bc it was me my partner and his brother staying there, but when we got there, they only had a single king. The staff was helpful upgrading us to a 2 room suite to fit our situation, so we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help.
