In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres-ski activity. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres-ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).
Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. This property is made up of two neighboring condos in the Sundial Lodge. In C005A, there is a king bed and a sleeper sofa in one bedroom, and a kitchenette. Down the hall, C006 features a king bed in one bedroom and a twin over queen loft bed in the other bedroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is stocked for you to cook meals. Living area with fireplace, door leading to your large patio, flatscreen TV, sofabed, fireplace, seating at both table and bar. Relax with your extended extra large patio spring, summer and fall, while a few steps beyond are the resort pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop, and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.
And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that a free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Great condo for teens that can carry own skis
We booked this condo for 4 nights over New years… likely the busiest week of the season also the most expensive. We arrived and they need to send you paperwork prior (which I did not receive) to send us the lock box code. You cannot get this from the front desk. Our party size went from 7 to four so I let them know in advance. There were two people that helped… a man that did not communicate well and a super sweet woman who did everything she could but only worked there a month. This is a condo with rooms that can be added through a door. For the three bedroom 3 bath the door to add is in the king bedroom. When we arrived, there was someone sleeping in this 3rd bedroom for two nights. It was a child and walls are not insulated. After I asked if we would get a credit for their use, they were moved out and they did credit us a portion and kindly gave us wine and pretzels. The location is great. It is a 3 minute walk with gear to the gondola. Ski school starts at 9 so get in line before or after. Line at 9 was an hour long. Also there was a strike on the mountain which did not help. They had fireworks twice and a party while we were there which was an amazing surprise. You have no reason to leave this cute town once you arrive and there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The condo offers ski storage with a vale which is a nice perk. The unit is conveniently on the ground floor and the back door opens to the heated outdoor pool. Great place for teen!
