Amazing hotel. This was our second time staying here. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

We have stayed in several hotels in the Canyons part of Park City. The Waldorf Astoria is our favorite. It is a luxurious hotel with all the amenities. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The gondola right outside takes you right up to the Orange bubble. I have nothing negative to say about our week stay.

The property was overall very nice and ease of mountain access made up for the inconsistent service. House keeping was disappointing on servicing the room.

everything was great. Staff was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel, location is lacking though in the summer as you have to take a shuttle up to the mountain since their dedicated lift was rarely operating. Also pool views are not private and pool was loud and packed with kids. Resturant was great, but expensive, what do you expect though?

Property is great, but location is lacking a bit in the summer as the little lift to the mountain was not consistently running. Get a view away from the pool if you want privacy. It was busy and full of loud kids. Restaurants are expensive!

I was attending a conference based up the hill at Canyon Resort and got the last room at all the area hotels at Waldorf. I was pleasantly surprised by how super nice it was…the staff were great, the fitness center was excellent. Only downside was poorly made breakfast (eggs overcooked, toast cold for a pile of money). But I was happy all week which is what counts.

Having stayed at many 5 star hotels and resorts, this one is about a 3, Spa was great, but beyond that the service was poor, no turn down first night, couldn't supply tooth paste within 40 minutes, room card didn't work, when calling front desk got a recorded voice mail, when paying the bill never got a thank you, when wanted to complain to the manager he was busy and not available said he was giving interviews, I guess that sums it up manager to busy to manage, not happy wouldn't recommend or return

Waldorf Astoria for me implies ultimate service and quality. I was very dissapointed to get just average service and average accomodations.

Beautiful hotel. Will definitely be coming back. Great location

Had a wonderful time. Hotel offered all amenities needed. Had a great time horsebacking.

The place was very nice. The only downside was that you always had to valet your car since there is no parking on-site.

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Beautiful setting, convenient location, superb staff accommodations. There is an additional $25 charge that I did not see mentioned anywhere on [...]site. It may have been there, but I did not see it. Fun get away.

We went to Park City to go skiing at Deer Valley Resort and with the Free hourly shuttle, it couldn't have been more convenient. The ski valets both at the hotel and Deer Valley made it so nice, we never touched our skis. The convenience of the warm-up boot changing room with the provided slippers to wear to and from our room was also a very nice touch.

My Wife and I went to Park City to ski, but after getting in our room at the WALDORF ASTORIA PARK CITY, we really didn't want to leave. The room, The facilities and The staff couldn't have been better. We were treated like royalty. The room was SUPER quiet and every night the bed was turned down for us with chocolate and slippers and since we're not much for going out to eat, the full size kitchen with Viking appliances made it great for dinner in the room. They have an hourly shuttle to Main Street Park City and Deer Valley resort, among other stops, so there was no need to use our car. I couldn't recommend them any higher. The value, for the price was FANTASTIC. This was our second stay there and will definitely be back for more. P.S. We did go skiing.

We stayed at the Waldorf for an extended weekend and had an wonderful experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the fireplaces were fantastic. Service at the hotel and the restaurant was impeccable. I would highly recommend the restaurant Spruce as it was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. We traveled with our 6 month old daughter and both the hotel and the restaurant were very accommodating. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed here 2 nights, getting a great deal in the off-season Nov 3-4. The heated outdoor pool/hot tub area was just beautiful...fantastic! We had it all to ourselves at 08:30 PM the first evening. The many firepits were amazing, as was the outdoor lighting, along with the numerous cushy outdoor cots and chairs and outdoor "living rooms" in the pool area. The staff went overboard to please us and the room was very comfortable and cozy, and the hotel decor really neat. There are hiking trails for all levels of experience, and we hiked easier paved trails at the "white barn". One problem though, our bathroom (handicap accessible)...the walk-in shower did not have a shower curtain, so the water got onto much of the bathroom floor, turning it into a bit of a lake. We wanted to ride a chairlift or gondola to hike on the mountain, but none was open because of the resorts getting ready for ski season to open.

Beautiful place. It is not close to Historic Main Street, but shuttles are available. It is close to the Canyons Resort. Service was exceptional. Grounds including pool area are the best in the Park City area. Comparable to St. Regis, execept St. Regis offers more amenities.

The hotel was very accomadating for all of our needs.

Beautiful hotel! Fantastic customer service. Warm and inviting atmosphere.
