Not much shopping. No vinyards No rep on site. All communication via email. Said they provided transport to airport. I requested transport. Said i must confirm and 20 e. At 1pm i confirmed and asked how to pay. No response. At 4 pm i sent a follow up. No response..At 5 i sent another followup.no response. I asked whether they were receiving my emails. No response. At 6 i asked whether or not they were going to provide transport. No Response.A real problem because we dont speak french. By luck i got a taxi fo 63. Ws was going to charge me 83. No lights walking down circular stair in 3rd and 2nd floor. No windows. Pitch black. Dangerous. Travel frequently. Will never stay at ws again nor will my friends

I wasn’t able to get in because an issue with the elevator and I wasn’t able to get hold of them for hours. They apologized the day after and said they will send a breakfast box, it never arrived. I also stayed 2 nights without soap and any basic cleaning supplies. Do not recommend.

Experiencia agridulce por mal contacto

El lugar es céntrico y está nuevo y a buen precio pero nuestra experiencia no fue buena por varios motivos. Reservamos 3 habitaciones. Si no escribo varias veces solo me envían acceso a dos de ellas. (Y al solicitarlo repetidamente me vuelven a mandar las mismas claves) Llegamos y al ir abrir una de ellas estaba ocupada por otras personas!!! Llamamos y no vinieron aunque insistimos y tuvimos que arreglarlo con el inquilino (que fue amable) y tenía la misma reserva que nosostros. Una vez solucionado eso vemos que las habitaciones están como hornos. No tienen aire acondicionado y nos pilló ola de calor, pues la única fuente de alivio es un ventilador de techo que ¡solo funciona con las luces (8 bombillas) encendidas! Tienes que elegir entre dormir sudando a gota gorda o con ventilador y 8 luces dadas!!! Al consultarlo me dicen que es así para que nadie olvide el ventilador conectado…. Si se va en una época en que no haga terrible calor los apartamentos están muy bien pero si surgen problemas tardan en responder y no se dignan a ir

Chambre top, service excellent par contre la chambre 305 était côté rue et très mal isolée On aurait dit que la fenêtre était ouverte pourtant non.
