It was a very small room with no facilities eg coffee and tea. Additionally no laundry either and my room backed onto reception area , so i could hear plenty of noise In retrospect a bit to far from paris

The staff was really helpful. Its a good thing that they speak also english as my french is not that good. They also offered to keep my lugage after I checked out so that I could pick them up in the afternoon. Definitely a hotel that I would recommend to everyone that wants to stay in this area.

A pearl!

Despite our very small room, we were totally satisfied with our stay for the price. Comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. Maybe the warm water could have been a little warmer.

Good for the price

The room was very small, but was clean. There is not much in the nearby vicinity, but the bus is very convenient, so you can easily get to Saint Cloud station.

Clean but odd

Very basic hotel, no refreshments, kettle, water in the room. Clean but there were what I can only describe as a teenage boys bed sheets which made my friend and I feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was the best - 7.5 euros for a couple of mini/ stale croissants, lump of bread and the most vile apricot juice I've ever tasted and really bad tea/ coffee (the tea looked like green tea with WARM milk? This is not okay). Nip down Franprix (10 min walk) to buy your own. Luckily we were there for a festival so we only really slept there. The entrance door is left open 24/7... Fellow guests were shouting/ arguing through the night - le rythme of the night. Quite a few different staff, we saw at least 5, most were friendly and helpful. Though on one occasion, someone walked right into our room, just said sorry and walked out. Loved the shutters on the windows because I like to sleep in the pitch black, air con worked too. Good location, quite residential, 30-40 min drive to Eiffel Tower, near bus stops too. For the price, it was okay but we wouldn't stay again.

CATASTROPHIQUE .... A FUIR

Séjour épouvantable Propriétaire très désagréable, menaçant le 1er soir car j'allais arriver trop tard et qu'il ne voulait pas attendre ... et le lendemain soir il m'a accusé d'avoir obstrué le détecteur de fumée . J'étais sur place pour travailler je suis arrivée le jeudi à 21h30 et repartie à 6h30 le lendemain matin pour ne revenir que le soir à 19h30 et là il a été très violent verbalement m'accusant de tous les mots... Il m'a terrorisée, je suis une jeune femme de 26 ans... j'étais en panique. J'ai quitté l'hôtel le lendemain matin car rester dans cet établissement était impossible Etablissement médiocre

Lors de la réservation sur le site j'ai coché hotel avec parking, pas de parking à l'hôtel, donc parking dans la rue. Écoulement permanent de la chasse d'eau, obligation de fermeture du robinet après remplissage de celle-ci. Bonne literie. Personnel sur site agréable donnant satisfaction aux renseignements demandés

La reception une honte

Nous avons contacté l hotelier à 17h30 pour prevenir que nous arrivions pour 23h00 maximum. Monsieur Harry nous a informé qu il nous attendait pour receptionner la chambre. Il nous a demandé de telephoner au numero de telephone de l hotel pour nous ouvrir. A 22h55, nous avons appelé pour prevenir que nous arrivons de suite comme convenu. Nous n avons personne qui a repondu. Nous avons sonné à l interphone personne n a repondu egalement. Nous avons sonné et telephoné a plusieurs reprisesjusqu a 23 h15 et nous avons laissé un message sur le repondeur. Nous demandons un rzmboursement de la chambre.
