Good location bar area good very comfortable bed good shower although a non slip bath matt would be good in the bath. Upon checkout we where asked if we had eaten breakfast that morning which we had not yet the young lady on duty decided to double check with not one but two of her colleagues on duty and her attitude was rather rude..not a good check out experience..housekeeping could be a bit more pro active about removing dirty room service trays left in the corridor, no milk in room for making coffee or tea and no fridge in room so for a 4* hotel not good..

Generally Very Good Overall Clean and modern decor. Helpful staff. The only down side is the location and no swimming pool. There were no places to eat or see near the hotel and no metro station nearby. The only transport was bus or Taxi.

The room was average in cleanliness and dusty. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful, though it's a plus that they spoke English. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. The breakfast staff were friendly. There was only one working elevator, and the rooms were accessed via stairs outside the hotel.

Hotel has two small lifts, one lift was out of order, therefore caused queues both ways. A nicely decorated room but the light at entrance next to the storage area was so low that it was difficult to see things, another light was not working, locker was not working, no hand lotion in bathroom. Due to the lift situation, to access gym - had to go out of the building and take fire exit staircase - gym was extremely small, maximum dumbbell weight 5kg, music was on but remote missing and no water. Staff was nice, cordial and very responsive.

Nice clean hotel, a little further out.

We arrived in Paris beauvais airport. We took a taxi to the hotel. This cost us €180 from the airport. It took around 50 mins. It was around 10pm. Lobby of hotel was very nice looking and clean. Check in was simple and straight forward. The person at the check in desk was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Was painted dark green on one side which was too dark for my liking. Bed was comfortable. A little bit on the soft side for me. Enough pillows. Bedding was adequate. Bathroom situation is not good. Toilet is seperate to the shower and sink room. We already knew this when we booked but we didn’t realise the toilet room doesn’t have a sink so you have to come out of the toilet with dirty hands, enter the next room and wash your hands. This isn’t ideal although both toilet and shower rooms were very clean. Breakfast was organised. Nice spacious light dining area to eat. Plenty of choice. We ordered food one of the nights from a local take away but they didn’t allow us to eat in the lobby even though we offered we would tidy up. We then took the food to our rooms. Distance to get to places like arc de triumph and Eiffel Tower was about 30 mins in a taxi for which we paid around €45 each way.

The hotel feels more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star property. While the restaurant and lobby are beautifully, the room area looks very different from the pictures. Unfortunately, the pillows had an unpleasant odor.
