Staying at this hotel will make you tired, stiff, & crabby! 3 days into this stay we requested to cancel the 2nd week as the bed was so uncomfortable & room was hot. We were denied a refund. If you like sleeping on concrete - this mattress is for you. Oct the bldg a/c was turned off & heater on. On the 5th floor, heat rises - this room was HOT - opening the windows meant dealing with street noise & road construction below. Then, party animals in the room next door - complaints from us & other guests took 3 nights to move those people off the floor. The walls between rooms are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING going on thru the walls. We appreciated the clean room. The best thing this hotel has going for them is the fabulous staff - the cleaning team is great, honest, & thorough. The front desk, namely Paul & Orealy were wonderful, helpful, & empathetic - absolutely the best. But they can only do what management allows. If a good night’s rest is important to you or if you have back issues - think twice before booking a non-refundable here
