There was a lot of drama among other guests, and the thin walls and tight hallways had me living inside their issues. A/C was great. Room had everything needed. Pack light of get a low floor, there is not an elevator.

Lovely, quirky hotel in a fun little neighborhood near the Arc du Triomphe. Tiny rooms, no elevator. AC support was inconsistent at best during the recent heat wave, but they strove to accommodate us and keep the sun from killing us. Front desk folks were always helpful and cheerful.

Lovely room with aircon and accessible location right near the Arc de Triomphe. Streets around are full of restaurants, shops and stalls. No elevator on a hotel with 6 floors is a downside and no offer or even hint of assistance to get luggage all the way up and down the winding staircase was somewhat in line with our French experience. Would probably find an equal quality room in a more accessible Hotel.

The staff were helpful and kind. I liked the location, short walk to two metro stations which allowed us to explore more of the city during our short visit. The room was a bit dirty (swept instead of vacuumed) when we got it so we asked for another cleaning which made it a bit better but still a bit underwhelming.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Maat Etoile! Very clean room, very accommodating staff, and the location is perfect for anyone who enjoys being central to excellent food options from both restaurants and markets, and different types of cuisines. You would expecially love this location if you have a sweet tooth as there are at least 4 viennoiserries and 3 gourmet chocolateries, all in the same street! The location is just a short distance from both Ternes and Charles de Gaulle Etoille stations. The shower has the most excellent water pressure in any hotel or airbnb I have ever stayed at, and is a godsend when you need a decent shower after a long stressful flight or train commute. Would love to be back the next time I’m in Paris!

The hotel has a great location. My room was very small and unexpectedly my restroom was located outside of it. They use the old key system for the locks, both my room and restroom had the same key. Housekeeping did not bother to change my towels, they just made my bed look better when I already left it made in the morning. Overall, I would give them another chance, because it was great price and great location. The staff were also super and very helpful. Just don’t expect anything special here. Oh, and they don’t have any safe inside the room which felt awkward for me.

Good hotel , nice location not so touristy which I liked and close to many French markets. No elevator in the hotel so beware if you have a lot of luggage’s. Room itself was nice , clean with a nice window/balcony. You do hear everything in the rooms to the side of you so wasn’t too crazy about that. Nonetheless very good hotel , great location , great bathroom and just what you can expect. Very satisfied

I came to hotel Friday. Since that day afternoon I had no power. I was told someone was coming to fix it that afternoon or Saturday, but it didn't happen. I was offered to go another hotel the Saturday night 8pm in the middle of celebration and incidents of soccer game PSG - Arsenal, and 20 minutes from metro. I am asking for a credit of at least on night. I don't recommend the hotel and I am not coming back.
