A wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. One night the room was a little cold, but the staff immediately moved us to another room and even served us warm soup, such a thoughtful and caring gesture. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Special thanks to Antonio and Angelina for making our stay enjoyable

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself and the room was clean and seemed well taken care of. The location is unbearable - the metro, Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette basically next door.

This is our first time to stay at the CitizenM hotel in Paris. We've stayed at the other CitizenM hotels but the staff here are all great and amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

On the second day at the hotel, at breakfast time on the second floor, I asked the waitress for a coffee with milk and a hot chocolate for room 305. Almost immediately, a supervisor or someone with a walkie-talkie approached her to ask if we were on the list of guests authorized to have breakfast. After six days, another employee asked me for my last name to check it against the list of guests authorized for breakfast. Simply giving my room number wasn't enough. Without a doubt, the customer service is absolutely terrible, especially considering that this hotel belongs to an American company.
