We really liked having the kitchenette and a larger room during our 5 night stay. Room had modern finishes. It was also nice having a laundry facility on site.

The hotel is clean and modern with friendly reception desk and breakfast available if you pay for it. The room is spacious with fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. They have a laundry room but for some reason the downloaded apps did not work for me. The hotel is well located in Les Halles right across the major Metro/RER station (Chatelet Les Halles) at a large pedestrian square filled with restaurants and shopping incl.a big mall. The hotel, however, was not able to check us in to the one bedroom at the check-in time 3pm due to some cleaning issue on their end. After about 40 min later, they were able to provide us with 2 separate studio rooms for my daughter and me with no extra charge, and my daughter was so happy to get her own room for once at a hotel! Overall, this is a great extended stay hotel and I will stay with them again.

Great hotel in the center of it all

Great renovation. Stayed in one bedroom. Rooms are well layed out. Lots of stoarge space. Small kitchen very handy and laundry available . Second time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Beds are on the harder side.

Modern spacious apartment with kitchen in walking distance to everything and 1 minute to metro. Great shopping and parks around hotel. Very vibrant nightlife in the area with many outdoor restaurants and cafes. Kitchen could have better supplies with larger glasses and mugs as they only fit 1/2 cup liquid and only 2 of each in the room.

The rooms are just fine. Small but nicely laid out efficiency suites. The issue is with the staff. Water was shut off for 3 days from 10-4 which was terrible. This was planned but not communicated to guests in advance. If I had known I would have stayed elsewhere. In addition l, repair people entered my room while I was sleeping and continued to work even when he saw were were in the bedroom. Creepy to say the least. Desk staff did not apologize at all for either thing. At the very least they should have provided bottled water, and perhaps comped part of the stay or offered a free breakfast or something at all. Just a shrug of the shoulders as if to say, “so what do you want me to do about it” tough S$$t. Terrible staff with no social skills at all. It’s a fairly expensive property so I would expect a lot better. Stay somewhere else.

I was concerned when I read the area around Chatelet Les Halles was too busy but once we were checked in I was even more confused. From the hotel the metro station and a few blocks of wonderful cafes were immediately accessible, and we were walkable to so many Paris attractions. Our last night we discovered the "busy" area of Les Halles to the north east of the hotel toward Le Centre Pompidou, and while it was busy we never felt unsafe. Our room itself was wonderfully updated and perfect to sleep 3 people. The twin sleeper in the living area was comfortable, the water closet for the toilet was appreciated, and there was well thought of storage, mirrors, and a table seating area. The kitchenette was nicely appointed as well. The staff spoke English and was helpful, there was free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water in the lobby. We also used the laundry facility and it was extremely appreciated.
