Only gripe were there was a dip in the middle of the bed so didn't make for the best night sleep, there was no towel in the room either. Other than that was fine, room was fine and staff on reception were very helpful

Definitely not for everyone but it was a good budget choice. Restrooms only every other level. No elevator. Mediocre bedding. But location was great, cleanliness was adequate, and staff was helpful.

Used to be very nice but deteriorating.

I've stayed at this hotel for many years and for long periods of time and was always happy. This time, not too happy. Toilet not working and locked off and still not repaired by the time I left. Toilet down a bit further in room with shower with a wet floor - they need to put down some towels and room smelled of mildew as it needs better ventilation and to be aired out. This was a cold October and heat is turned on automatically and no heat. Despite being given a blanket, my items such as my cane were very cold in the morning. TV did't work. I did mentioned this every morning and afternoon and nothing done to remedy issues.

Used to love being here but this time not so great

I have stayed at this hotel many times for many days but this time it was not so pleasant. Toilet in hallway did not work properly and floor wet. Finally closed for a long time for repairs so I had to go down another fight of steps to use that toilet. In that room where showers are taken, floor wet and towel should have been place there. Smell of mildrew as they close the down which I left open to help air things out. Heating is not turned on yet and they said it was automatic and too early to go on, but this was a cold October - it seems colder that usual. TV didn't work as no remote and no buttons to turn on TV. Room cold but got an extra blanket. Still cold in the morning by just feeling my cane and damp. Hallway damp and you could feel it on the bannister. I stayed for about 10 days. While I reported things every morning and evening to reception, when there was a new receptionist at the desk, they seemed to be unaware of these issues. I wrote an email asking for some reimbursement and haven't heard back from management yet.
