We needed help with our stay and the host was not available. I would not book with this host again. I messaged the host multiple times and they never responded for my request for help. I needed to escalate to VRBO to get any communication through to the host. It still took multiple days for the host to reply to VRBO. Even after that I could not get any communication directly from the host.

Very pleased with the apartment. It has been updated to a very comfortable standard. Very clean and neat. The area around the apartment is industrial and a little intimidating but safe for walking. It is a bit hard to find. It is across the
Street from the ferry terminal and behind the building with the word “SNACK” written in red out front. The hosts are very nice and very accommodating.
