AVOID: Bed was sagging. Furniture was broken. AC didn't cool. Wifi was broken. Filthy window. Had to stoop to use bathroom. Food was terrible and overpriced. I paid for 6 days but checked out after 1 night it was that bad. Desk agent didn't ask if he could do anything to fix the problems, suggesting my experience is common.

Un hotel promedio que sin duda necesita renovación urgente. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas en comparación con las habitaciones estándar de otros hoteles, las camas ya están bastante viejas, rechinan demasiado y se sienten los resortes. El bufe es muy limitado y el servicio al cliente del personal de restaurante también deja mucho que desear. habían áreas del hotel que estaban sucias, y la habitación tampoco la limpiaron bien, incluso pareciera que solo acomodaron ciertas cosas. en definitiva es necesario que el hotel cambie muchas cosas, ya que no esta dentro del estandar de calidad de otros hoteles de la cadena Marriot.

Boda time at the Sheraton

Went for a wedding and was super happy with the hotel. Has two good restaurants, a nice bar area with very friendly staff, great fitness center. Also walking distance to best Greek seafood restaurant - Jimmy’s. Nothing fancy but the food is good and staff is friendly. I always go for the Pulpo al Carbon. Wedding reception was at hotel ballroom and the transformation was impressive. I’ve been to many over the top events, but this was in a league of its own. Looked like we were outdoors, surrounded by beautiful green foliage and orchids. Stunning! Want to mention I left my jeans and a top and called the next day and saved for me to have family pick up. Good people.

Good option for Panama City

I liked the hotel, good sized rooms, everything you need. Some food options inside the hotel and an adjacent Casino. With Uber (which works great in Panama City) you can get around very well. Also some options for food and drinks in walking distance, just use google

This was simply put, an outstanding stay from start to finish. The staff were amazing, the room was clean, the housekeeping was always on time and helpful, just a wonderful experience for me and my 3 kids. We were on the club floor which was an extra special experience. These folks know what they are doing, STAY HERE!
