Check in and out was simple and easy. Location to pool and beach was great. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay, but the simple amenities of salt and pepper.

A ground floor condo when you have small children is a game changer. The small yard and being steps away from pool was awesome. Condo was was nice and had most everything we needed.When we first got to the condo we had 2 little ones crawling around in the floor. We noticed their feet and knees were black with dirt. I immediately notified management. They very promptly answering and told me the black was coming from the cleaner they used!! What??? That was crazy to me. They offered to Redo but by then we had all our things everywhere so I declinedA swiffer mop worked just fine and no more black.The things I would have appreciated was more towels(2 per bathroom) and a vacuum . Theres some places sand does not red to be

Perfection

We have stayed at the Commodore many times over the last 20 years. We love the calm neighborhoods near St Andrews Park. We have never stayed on the ground floor, but it was a game changer with 3 small children 3yrs and under. The ease from the patio to the pool and beach made our lives much easier. The condo was very nice and everything we needed for cooking most meals. All beds were comfortable along with the pillows which are important. We had one problem, the toaster did not work properly but we had a response within minutes and a new toaster that afternoon. A perfect week!

Summer 2023 visit

Enjoyed our stay- unit could have been a little more clean but overall it was nice- shower doors were broken in one of the bathrooms but was fixed as soon as they knew about it. Enjoyed our stay and loved the ground floor.

Property So Dirty

From the time we arrived we had to wait for the unit to be cleaned and it was still very dirty after waiting two hours after check in. The property management company would not answer our calls and don’t respond to emails. The pool only accommodates 24 people and this is a very large building with many units. They also control the air so the unit stays hot. The only thing good about the unit is the furniture. The biggest problem was the filth and no response from management the whole time we were there. Not to mention all of our towels smelled like they were washed in vinegar.

Proximity is everything

Last time we went to FL we stayed in a penthouse condo that was on the other side of the road from the beach. It was lovely, but this time I chose our location based on proximity: right by the beach, directly in front of the pool. That was AMAZING for a mom with 4 young kids. We didn’t have the gorgeous ocean view, but we were on the ocean and in the ocean and pool in person all the time. The condo itself was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, and more! We cooked most of our own meals but were able to access great restaurants just minutes away as well. The only issue we had was our outside door: we were able to access the condo fine with a ten digit key, but we were not able to make our own code since the directions didn’t match the kind of door we had. But overall it was not a big deal at all.

Nice property. The ceiling fans were disgusting, dust so bad you didn't want to use them. The main sliding door had a broken handle that ee reported which made shutting and locking difficult. The floors were really dirty too. Walls need good washing too. Location of room was nice. We had to go buy dish towels and wash clothes because only 1 dish towel was provided. Beds were comfortable. Biggest thing would be to CLEAN WELL and fix what's broken and provide what they say.

Property review

I was pleased with the location, but the cleaning service was horrible! They had not swept or mopped. Called and they had them come back and still did not sweep or mop the whole condo. There were tags from clothes left in a bedroom, stuff on the counters so they were also not wiped. The lady with Soliel that we worked with was also very rude. I called back after the cleaning service came for the second time and told her it still wasn’t clean. Very expensive cleaning service to not do the job right.

Best Beach Vaca

The place is exactly pictured! It was perfect for our family! I wasn’t sure if I was going to like being on the 1st floor, but we loved it! The location of the room, right by the pool was perfect with us having teens. They were able to step right out and enjoy the pool whenever they wanted and I didn’t have to worry about them! Our stay was perfect and plan to visit again!
