Absolute Perfection

This vacation was something we have been looking forward to for a while, unfortunately a week before the trip our original booking got canceled, but Tina and Ray were so accommodating and got us into this Heaven of a House. Lazy Day is the absolute best property, the space, the proximity to everything and most important Tina and Ray were absolutely fantastic!! Ray was able to help accommodate some things for us and we appreciate it so much. You are missing out if you don't stay here, it was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful beach rental

The property is beautiful, airy and clean. It's beautifully decorated and has a modern beach feel.This was by far the nicest property we have stayed at in seacrest. Everything we could possibly need was provided at the rental. With an abundance of towels which personally I loved. The bikes came in very handy for our kids and having access to all the beach chairs was a nice bonus so we didn't have to bring any with us. Al in all we had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property and would highly recommend this rental.

Nice place and neighborhood

The home is nice and in a great neighborhood close to the beach and pool, which are each only a few minutes walk. Close to all of Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants, you don't even need a car. Six nice bikes were provided as well.

Great option within walking/tram ride distance of beach

Love the neighborhood. First time out there. And was tight but a good option we plan to use again if we return for our three larger families that started there together. Super clean. Beautiful.

Family vacation

House and location were perfect. It easily accommodated our large family (6 adults and 4 kids). The bikes were great, although the listing said there were 4 and there ended up being six. Sorta frustrating because I rented 2 additional adult bikes for the duration of our stay. Beach towels, toys (we added to the collection) and chairs also a perk. We were disappointed with the kitchen as there was nothing more than salt and pepper. We had to purchase additional spices and cooking oil in order to be able to have breakfast a few of the morning, and extra paper towels as there was only 1 roll (10 people, 4 of which were kids). Additionally the coffee pot for the traditional coffee maker is not sized appropriately so you can’t actually brew a pot of coffee. Washer and dryer is also a great feature but again you have to purchase your own pods/detergent. Some of the basic needs and the perks of a VRBO missing certainly, however, overall we very much enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future.

Great family weekend

The home is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Tina went above and beyond for checkin and checkout. We enjoyed exploring the neighboring beach towns and the highlight was a beachside bonfire.

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. We did feel like there was not proper communication for what was going to be available during the off season with most of the amenities in the neighborhood not open/usable.

Vacation ruined by property issue

When you go on vacation, you want to be able to rest, relax, and recharge. That was not the case. We discovered the first night that the A/C on the 2nd level, where all the adults would be sleeping, was not working. It was determined that t ultimately needed to be replaced. The whole process took 3 of our 6 nights. Multiple calls and texts coordinating and communicating with the property manager. A small refund was offered to cover our inconvenience, but was very inadequate for a vacation experience. I understand issues happen, but the guests should not have to bear the burden. Just a warning for those considering this property. If an unforeseen issue comes up, you will not be fairly compensated for your inconvenience. There are many other properties in the Seacrest area. Look elsewhere.

Dreamy Thanksgiving

Just finished our stay and the host was super helpful making sure we had everything we needed for the holiday. Our family had a great time and the house is so well-located for everything you would want to do! Highly recommend!

Great property, great location

This charming house was the perfect setting for our girls' getaway. Plenty of space with bathrooms on every floor. They host was very responsive and helpful. The bikes provided a fun way to explore the area and experience the beautiful weather. This property is close to shopping, the beach and great places to eat. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Enjoyable vacation

Thank you! for your hospitality, this was our third family vacation together. We all had an enjoyable time especially my children, since all live in different states. They really enjoy having the room to mingle and have their privacy at the same time. Their nightly outings were their favorite. Expectations and provisions of the facilities provided surpassed my daughters check point of approval. They really loved and enjoyed everything it offers.

You won't be disappointed. Great house, CLEAN, comfy beds, awesome location, all the amenities. Ray and Tina were fantastic to work with! They were just a phone call away if we needed anything. Super responsive, caring and sweet. Customer service was beyond outstanding. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

Perfect Location & Size for a Large Group

We had a girls trip with 12 of us and it was perfect! Everyone had plenty of space especially bathroom space with 12 women getting ready! The cleanliness of the house was top tier. There was even a wine and cheese board awaiting us when we entered. We definitely be returning to one of Tina's properties!

Great short stay

Overall we enjoyed our quick stay. We had a group of 11 adults and the space was a little tight but worked out as we spent most of our time away from the house. The house was clean and decorated well and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was the location - quick walk to Seacrest beach, Rosemary, and Alys!

It was our first “big” family vacation and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. We rode bikes every day—absolutely loved them! Perfect location-easy to access the beach, the pool, and all the shops. Would absolutely recommend and go back!

This was a great place to stay! Pool was very nice. Close to the beach. The tram was very helpful getting to and from the beach especially after a long day. The communication with the property manager was always very quick and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Senior Trip at the beach

A group of girls and moms spent a wonderful time celebrating graduation! Tina is a fabulous host! The house was clean and well stocked! Tina had beach towels waiting for us, as well as cheese, sausage and a bottle of wine! She responded to my texts very quickly! The pool is very large and has a snack bar. The tram service to the beach was helpful and the drivers were so much fun!! The girls loved the large 3rd floor bunk room!! We will definitely visit this beautiful beach house again!!

Great place to stay!

We had such a nice time here! The neighborhood is so cute and is centrally located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere, especially during crowded periods. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The house itself is beautiful. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. We would absolutely love to stay here again. The bikes were also a nice perk. We loved having those at our disposal. Tina and Ray were wonderful and easy to work with as well. We would highly recommend this property!
