Nice place in the panhandle

Great location, very friendly owner that takes care of guests when things come up. Would definitely recommend others to stay here!

Great place, clean view off the balcony was beautiful! Walk to the beach. Only issue was buying parking at the resort, that should be included. That was an extra 132.00 for 3 nights. Otherwise I will definitely stay there again! Loved it!

Amazing and Accommodating

We went here for spring break and it was perfect for us! Property managers and Laketown Wharf staff were very helpful when we needed it and it was so awesome to walk right to the Pineapple Willy’s beach. 10/10 experience!

Graduation stay

Very nice cozy area. Beautiful view from our balcony. The room was as listed. Only thing the receptionist had an attitude and was not polite. But other than that it was an excellent stay and my brother and his friends and family had fun. Will we plan another stay ? Well of course!

Great Location, Friendly staff

Wonderful:)The hardest part was geting our parking pass and wrist bands. We had to go to 2 different locations on different floors. Confusing at first. We definitely missed our recliners.

Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The AC unit was somewhat noisy when running. otherwise, then that it was a great deal for the price. looking forward to booking the same unit next year during the jazz feast.

Thanksgiving with family

We enjoyed our stay. Was very convenient to places we visited. Very close to walmart and various food sources. We found the condo to be very clean.the beds were so so, 1 bed everytime you moved it made a noise. We arrived on Wed. Before thanksgiving and had a problem with ac, it was miserable we had to buy 2 fans from walmart to be able to sleep. We contacted the call numbers for help and they responded with how to fix the problem ourselves the next day.. pleased with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall for the price, this room was really good. I was with my college friends, and we aren’t too picky. There were a few things here and there like the hot water, the fans made noises, and the chairs at the kitchen table were not stable and had nails hanging out. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Great condo BUT....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great....normal wear and tear. There also was mold in the master shower along with a fist size hole covered by a picture. The garbage disposal didn’t work and had food sitting in it that you could see from looking in the sink. The washing mashing was filled with mold and the dryer broke about 4 of our swim suits somehow. Some of the walls also looked there was either water damage or something was sprayed or leaked. Also, we could watch anything on most of the tvs and the some of the remotes didn’t even have batteries in them. It is near the parking garage which was great and being on the 4th floor you didn’t have to wait long in the elevator.

Could use some upgrades

A good majority of the furniture in this property is damaged. We could not sit at the table due to the chairs all but 1 being broken. The sofa was something you would find in a college dorm room and the patio furniture was pretty rough as well. The beds were also very uncomfortable. While I know a beach vacation is typically not spent mostly in the room it’s definitely warranted on days with bad weather. The layout and the bed sizes were perfect for our family. The room stayed between 73-75 and would not go any cooler except with the patio doors open at night. Days were slightly unbearable if there wasn’t a breeze. Location In the town was nice however there are additional fees for the property that we were not told about ahead of time. The pool areas good stand and bar were also closed. It was nice having a designated beach access area directly across the street. The garage parking and access to the condo was also nice. This unit would get a much higher rating if the owners put a little more back into the property.
