Upon arrival, our key code did not work. I was given another code and it did not work either. My adult 43 year old daughter and son-in-law were the ones checking in while I got groceries for our stay. I was told upon my calling to get the codes that if i didn't get to the condo so the manager, Whitney, could "walk me through" putting in a code, I'd be out of luck because they closed at 5:00. On a Friday afternoon in record-breaking heat...that did not play well. I had to call a different number and a very polite gentleman told us the "new" code that I was give as the replacement code was the actual code. It had always been the code. The one on my printed material was never the code. So to have a salty girl basically tell me i'd be looking for another place because I kept putting the code in wrong was not good for my blood pressure.
I did receive a call later in my stay asking if the AC was working properly because there had been an issue with the previous guests. My response "dude, you could hang meat in here" tickled him and he said, good. Told me what to do and who to call if there DID become a problem. Couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful.
BEAUTIFUL condo. Stunning views. Many amenities.
Some lengthy wait lines for elevators. But I think that was due to tons of folks checking in and out
But for Skylar and Whitney upon checkin INSISTING that I could not competently input a 6-digit code, this place gets 5 stars from me.
