Wonderful stay. The villa is in the perfect location with walkable access to everything. The ground floor patio was perfect for watching sunrises and drinking coffee. There was an issue with having to register ahead of time and figuring out how to get a car pass, but it eventually worked out. The amenities are top notch and all of the employees of the resort were outstanding! I highly recommend!

Perfect location! Ground level villa on the corner right next to the pool. Close walking distance to the beach. Edgewater has their own walkway bridge over the street so you don’t have to deal with traffic and a tram you can ride if you don’t want to walk! Perfect for our family with 3 little kids. It was nice to have a choice of going to the pool or going to the beach. This villa has everything you need to have the perfect beach trip!

We loved it here! The on site staff were very nice, the place was a little out dated, but we were comfortable. The sky walk was really close so we could walk to it. The amenities were amazing! Plenty of parking. The host was very responsive (within minutes of me messaging him). The restaurant was good. The only thing, there was a family staying upstairs and

This condo was exactly what we needed. I took my three grandkids to the beach for a week and this place was perfect, lots of space so my teenagers weren’t running into each other and we loved having a full kitchen to cook in. One of the pools was just outside so spending time there was very convenient. The tram was the perfect way for the kids and I to get to the big pool and the beach and always so quick and polite and it was great to not have to look for parking at the beach. I liked being in a gated community. The owners was great to work with and very responsive, it truly had everything we needed and I’ll definitely keep their info for future trips.

Perfect stay for perfect price

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a fantastic value for the price and had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient trip. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pans, utensils, a blender, coffee maker, and dishes—everything you’d need to cook and enjoy meals at home. One of our favorite features was the hose out back, which made rinsing off after a day at the beach super easy. While there were a few minor things that could use attention, none of them took away from the overall experience. Everything else was great! The view was breathtaking, and it was just a short walk to both the main pool and the beach. We also loved having the unit’s private pool right outside our door—such a bonus. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!
