Family Vacation

Perfect for larger family with dogs. Dog area in front yard is the best we’ve experienced. We brought a portable canopy for the back deck to have some shade during the day.

On the sand with great views

We needed a zero entry and exit home to accommodate my elderly dad plus pet friendly and this place checked all the boxes! Amazing views on the sand with no big deck stairs to get to the sand/water! Had a great time.

Nice location

Great location to the beach. House was as described. One bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Toothpaste in sink and toilet needed cleaned. Small hot water tank for accommodating 4 people for morning showers. Overall a nice place for relaxing.

Wonderful week

Beautiful weather, wonderful house and location as always, and host Mary is a gem! She's consistently helpful, friendly, and available if we have any questions or issues. We are saddened that she will no longer host this property. We did not book again for next year as planned, as the rates have almost doubled with the new property mgt, ( the pet fee alone increased from $100.00 to $250.00 per pet..) as well as a lot of the kitchen essentials previously provided have been removed. We ended up eating mostly take out, etc, since I wasn't prepared to go buy needed utensils, etc.

Beautiful View

We were fortunate to find this house last minute after our plans fell through at another location. It seems there had been a last minute cancellation here so it must have been meant to be. It was a great stay. Well appointed kitchen, very spacious and the view is just amazing.

Fabulous spot on the beach

Mary our host was very helpful and accommodating. The house is set up perfect for entertaining family and friends and pets while at the beach. The access to the beach is wonderful and the view is spectacular. Can't wait to go back next year!

LOVE this place

This is our 2nd time staying at this beach house and it never disappoints! It’s perfect. It’s fabulous. It’s amazing. It’s everything!! We love it and will be back for our 3rd time, this time was super special because he got to enjoy it with our first Grandchild!

July 4th Family Vacation!

My family and I loved this property! It was very spacious and clean. My grandparents enjoyed not having to go up and down stairs, and having the handicap bars in the shower. The property was also very dog friendly. We enjoyed playing in the green space with our dog. We will definitely be renting again!

Best Beach House!!!

If your looking for a house that is clean, roomy, AND HAS NO STAIRS....then this is the place for you!!! We love PCB we try to go once a year and this has been the best stay yet!! Mary was great to work with and very attentive. It's not too far from downtown, but far enough to not have an overly crowed beach. We highly recommend this place and hope we can make it a yearly stay!

The best!

I have been vacationing in the Florida panhandle for 20 years. This is one of the top rentals we have ever had. Highlights include: *Location, gulf front, no stairs in house or on the beach. *House deck is in the sand! *Great beds, nicely updated bathrooms. *well stocked kitchen *Large, open space for kitchen, dining areas and living areas. *Good parking for several vehicles. *I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Time

I can't say enough about the location of this home. It was incredible to wake up every morning and see the beautiful beach. The property owner goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure that their guests have a great time. They were very flexible with our check-in. The property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family had a great time. Would highly recommend.
