We stayed in Jan. The humidity was high, fan in BR not able to keep floor dry very well. Had Steve come and replace light bulbs, rehang a hook that was loose, and explain how we could view regular news, weather on TV. It would have been nice to have directions on TV available. Day we left the code was changed while we were on beach more than 1 hr. prior to ckout . Had to find someone to call to get back in unit and ck out. Not our favorite way to leave !

Very nice condo. Right on the beach with an excellent view of the ocean and white sandy beach. The view from the kitchen, dining room, and den was breathtaking with a wall of windows in each room showing the huge balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

Overall the property Of Hi Pointe is great. Our unit was very nice, accommodating 6 adults very well.of note to the management staff, the master bedroom was very cold, we purchased a space heater which did the job. also the ice maker worked, but did not produce enough ice for 6 people, we had to purchase ice. I hope these issues will be addressed for the next guest.we had very difficult time with La Dolce Vita and the bikes. I searched the entire property 3 times for the bikes for our unit, after calling La Dolce 10 times, they finally acknowledged that indeed there were no bikes for our unit, and did promptly bring them over 2 days befor our departure date. This was most disappointing. one of my favorite activities on 30a is biking.

My girlfriends and I had such a great trip this year! This was our 8th year of staying at High Pointe, and this was one of our favorite condos! We were right next door to Crabby Steve's so we could easily see the best time to go over there for lunch, dinner, or simply refreshments! We so enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning, while drinking our coffee! We enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed walking on the beach, too! We will definitely be back, and will try to book this condo again!

Perfect place and location.

As advertised. A really great place with stunning views and a perfect location close to Peddlers ( Seacrest ) and a quick walk to Rosemary Beach. Great accommodations and so convenient. The place was super clean when we checked in. You could tell it was cleaned up and down with care. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a really great stay.

Life in a construction zome

Workers on ladders outside, saws, grinders, wet putty on stair rails, loud noises early in the morning, dirty construction matting on floors and in elevator!If we had known the extent of the construction we would have rented elsewhere

Great time!

There’s a lot of construction going on, but it did not hamper our time at all and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the quick access to the beach and the wonderful wraparound porch that overlooked all the good stuff

Beautiful view great location

We loved our stay at HP26E. Check in and communication was great. The condo was fabulous! Great views, beds were comfy and it had a lot of room for 5 adults, even though one had to sleep on a twin. We could easily walk to Rosemary shops which was a bonus and bikes were available.

Short Spring Break

Great location, nice rooms, great views, easy in and out. Will definitely stay here again. Honestly it was fabulous, and clean. Only 3 “complaints”: 1. Bikes are not included, which is unusual for this complex. When we got there, the bikes on property were all sold out. 2. Beach chairs not included. Same situation, almost missed out as they were almost sold out. 3. The sundry furnishings are a bit lacking, Could supply hand soap, more paper towel, etc. Also a Keurig…. But those were minor. Will be happy to stay here again. Thank you.
