Very nice condo. Stunning beach views and easy access to a quiet area of the beach. Would definitely stay again, both this particular unit and Leeward/Windward. Comfortable bed and very nice bathrooms.

Beautiful condo! We hope to stay there again. The only issue we had was the key code did not work on arrival. We spent probably 30 minutes at the door until issue was resolved.

Arrival was terribly deficient when unable to gain access to condo. We spent 2.5 hours of the start of our vacation due to a faulty deficient locking mechanism which needs repair and realignment with the door frame. We were unable to leave for dinner since lacking confidence in our safety and that of our belongings until we had access to a key. Rugs are dirty and need replacing otherwise condo was fine.

Beach side

This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for our beach stay. Only 2 floors up so we used the stairs multiple times. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for a home cooked meal. There was fast communication with the company that manages the property. Don't hesitate to rent this unit. You will have a lovely stay.

Fabulous

This was a mommy getaway. 8 days of paradise!! The property was just breath taken. The beach view was more than words could explain. Peaceful location, easy access to the property. Just a few steps to the beach and other amenities. Checkin easy. Property management and staff kind and helpful. Don't swipe pass this property you will love this little piece of paradise! I am already planning to return next year.

We stayed at this condo the last week of May 2023. I would like to state this property is a gem. It is cute, quaint, clean, and so close to the beach!! This condo is a gem because you can be down to the water within 3 minutes. Because it is a 4 story condo, the beaches were NEVER crowded and you could literally park right outside your condo door. Steve with Grand Welcome services provided quick and helpful service! The only suggestion we have for the owners is to invest in a better mattress or pillow top for the bed. It was entirely too firm.

Family friendly

Had an amazing stay and the unit was updated and super clean stayed with our two young sons 6 and 2 Someone reviewed and said the bed was to firm for them but I thought it was very comfortable. it was a firmer memory foam but it’s all about preference we all slept great and there was absolutely no elevator wait and we loved staying in this building on a lower floor with kids. last year we stayed at tropic winds on the 22nd floor and it gave me anxiety being so high up with little ones. the beach access was right outside the elevator and the pool between leeward and windward was amazing we had it to our selves 2 different nights along with all the other amenities edge water had to offer even the lagoon pool on kids karaoke night was so fun and not that crowded our family loved it we highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay at this resort again

We had issues checking in. Our key code would never work. After waiting for almost 45 to gain access to the room, we were able to get the lockbox code to retrieve the key. We never were able to get the key code to work. Once we got inside we didn’t have any parking passes, so we had to get temporary passes until someone could bring us some. The AC didn’t work when we got there. The room was 78 degrees. The host was very prompt in getting someone to come fix that. There was a clogged pipe. Once that was cleaned, the AC worked fine. Overall the stay was great, just time wasted on unnecessary problems once we arrived.

Amazing vacation stay

The condo was very clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The washer and dryer worked great!
