Great location, comfortable home!

We had a great time staying at this property. The location can’t be beat. Easy to get to beach and all the places to eat, listen to music, and shop. Can’t wait to be back!

Great Stay

Perfect place for a vacation with friends and family. Convenient location in close proximity to the hot spots (restaurants/shops/live music/pool/beach a short walk away), and place was spacious and decently stocked. We also enjoyed Inlet beach, which was a 5min drive away and was less crowded than Seacrest and Rosemary beaches. Would stay here again!

Spring Break 2021

Sea Memories was an awesome home for our spring break with four teenage boys and their moms. Beautifully decorated and well stocked! The layout of the home was perfect for this trip and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Also quick walk to the beach!

Great Location

Quick walk to the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach as well. Didn’t use our car once after we parked it.

Very comfortable home

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed staying in this home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the basics that we needed to do a few simple meals. Location is super convenient to walk down to the restaurants and shops. Pool is very nice. Beach was crowded

Family vacation

Well furnished with All amenities. The beds were comfy. The only drawback for me was the patio furniture..not easy for family to sit together other than that it was great.close to the pool and beach and I really liked it was on the main road. I will definitely book the house again.

Convenient location!

I was not familiar with Rosemary Beach so I did not know what a great location this was. Restaurants and shopping are all less than a 5 minute walk. The house was spacious and would be great for a large family. It would not be considered luxury living but a perfect beach house to relax with kids. Lots of outdoor living areas too.

Great stay

This property was in a great location - very short walk to the beach and shops/Restaurants. The layout of the house is great for a family. It was great to have three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. My only complaint is carpets are really dirty and need to be cleaned. Also some of the outside doors are really hard to close. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect Location!

This place was closer to the beach than I even realized. The community was beautiful and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go the entire time we were there. The place was beautiful and clean. The water pressure and temperature in the showers was amazing. We kept saying “this place is amazing”. The owner contact communicated clearly and quickly. This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples, but could’ve easily fit more. I want to stay here every time I visit 30A.

Great location within Seacrest Beach

Can’t beat the location of this house! We loved being so close to walk right out to everything, especially over to the beach. We had amazing views to all the fireworks for the 4th from our patio. Having king beds in all the bedrooms was a huge plus for us and it’s nice that everything was stocked in the house that you would need to cook and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The only small complaint I have is I wish the cleaning company would have done a better job of getting cobwebs in the corners, especially in the bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here agin for the location and convenience to everything.

The house was moderately clean. The outdoor table was broken. The listing said no pets, but there was pet hair all over the furniture.

Unmatched location and amenities

Unmatched location and amenities with quick walk to the private beach, fantastic pool and shops. The house was very bare of basics like paper products and even trash bags. Be prepared if you are staying longer than 3 days, you will need to purchase extras! There was also an ant problem literally on every floor. We didn’t call to get it taken care of, but it was annoying especially because we kept things pretty clean and it was still a problem. All this and I would still give it five stars for the location and comfortable layout.

Spring Break 2022

We have stayed in this neighborhood two other times and absolutely loved it but this house at spring break was not ideal. Teenagers walk 30A all night yelling and cursing which kept us all up. My young daughter got to hear some choice words she has never heard before. The management company is impossible to get hold of. We never received our check-in instructions prior to the day of our arrival. Every time I tried to call I got a machine. I finally got someone to answer and was given horrible attitude. The other two properties we stayed in had our wristbands for beach access waiting for us when we arrived. There were no wristbands. I called and again had trouble reaching someone. When I finally did they assured me we did not need them for beach access. We loaded everything up only to be denied beach access because we didn’t have bands. Such an ordeal. The house was nice and we enjoyed the layout but a lot of the dishes we tried to use were dirty and needed to be washed. Never coming over spring break again and never staying with this management company nor in a house right off 30A.

A few things could be better

The house is very conveniently located and it covered most of our needs. However, no beach chAirs or umbrella were offered which is sort of basic for a house this kind; also fridge ice maker wasn’t working at all so we had to buy ice every other day and to top it , it wasn’t neither cooling properly the first couple of days .Although the cooling improved ,communication wasn’t clear - so we didn’t know if they came to fix it or what. Some of the sheets had stains and the house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned . Overall, I would suggest to focus on service to your guests and maintenance, the house is nice but I wouldn’t rent it again
