Edgewater 1-412 is a fully renovated 3BR/3BA condo in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This spacious corner unit overlooks the amazing lagoon pool, and boasts stunning, floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, with a balcony that wraps all the way from the front of the building to the back! Updates include faux wood flooring throughout, an updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, new bathroom vanities, and new light fixtures! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a king in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed with twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy panoramic Gulf Views, take a dip in the beachfront lagoon pool, and explore the endless activities at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort!

You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach!  The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content!  Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee. 

You'll also find restaurants galore available like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

If you're looking for more adventure, the following water sports and activities can be arranged:  Dolphin encounters, Banana Boat rides, Sailboat Rides/Rentals, Jet Ski Rentals, Boogie Board Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Eco-Tours and Surf Lessons.

Edgewater Resorts offers a seasonal Adventure Zone, available 5/22-8/11. Includes Adventure Zone Splash Pad, Adventure Zone, Dive in Movie, Kids Activities, Adult Fitness and Offsite Activities.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. What a great resort!

We totally enjoyed the amenities. This was a "girls" trip with my daughter and grandaughters. It was perfect. The girls loved the pool and splash pad. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We are definitely going to book this again on our next trip.

Overall great time. Nice condo. Edgewater is a beautiful place. The beach is great. The Lagoon pool was beautiful but still a little cold for us. All other pools on the resort are heated so we used a smaller pool the majority of the stay. The few issues that we did have the management company was very attentive. We would definitely go back.

The location is great, the only complaint I have is the master bedroom bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The right side of the bed caves in and down, and it is impossible to get comfortable.

First the good..great property and this unit had offered all the things we needed. Nice and clean unit with great views! There was a cooler of coachrahes in kitchen and there was alot of gang type activity around burger king/taco bell and shopping center next to them. In fact police were arresting people at taco bell on multiple occasions.

We loved the colors in the newly renovated property. We are planning to use some of the ideas in our home. Grandchildren loved the pool. We enjoyed the convenience of the on site restaurant. On the downside: The guest bedroom and bath were separated from the rest of the condo which allowed for privacy, but it was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. The view from the bedrooms was of the parking lot and top of the restaurant.
