Spring break trip

The property was very clean and quiet. We were able to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach so the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time here!!!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and just what we needed. The property had everything we needed. This was on the ground floor, had a patio, and a staircase down to the beach. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook a full meal. I appreciated that there was a washer and dryer, and they included a laundry pod or two for us to use. It was a quick drive to a supermarket and restaurants. The beach was stunningly beautiful!! We look forward to staying here again. The host was easy to contact if needed.

Great but did not get response to issues

this was advertised as 2 bdrm. It was not. and the only compensation was $250. Not addequate as far as I'm concerned. Then the dryer was broken and no one seemed to care. We had repair man out; he left with no note. Had to call; they said it was broken but never fixed it or compensated us for that either. Screws falling out of chairs at dinner table. We sent a list of concerns that were never addressed. We go to 30A all the time. I understand stuff happens. But to not address it correctly, is not cool. This property was expensive

Cute property, loads of remodeling, clean and comfortable bed and couch. The view is beautiful and these are the best beaches. Great kitchen and fully stocked. Thanks so much.

Fall at 30A

We love the ground floor and the beautiful ocean front view. Watching the sunset from the patio was amazing. The kitchen and family room were both spacious and had nice decor. The bedroom was tight but we are always glad to have a king size bed - which was also very comfortable. Also it should be noted that there a lot of steps to get down to the beach which is common for the area.

Good stay!

We love staying at the Blue Tide. First time in this unit and would rent again. This rental was very well stocked and had everything you need including books and games for the kids. Very comfortable bed!! Wish they would include the beach chairs and umbrella with the unit though. Can’t beat the view and being right on the water.

Great updated unit

All furnishings in great shape, bed comfortable and it has a well-stocked kitchen. Unit had just a little musty(mildewy) smell…but nothing a glade plug-in didn’t overcome.

Perfect beach getaway!

Beautiful condo with views you can't beat! The condo had all the amenities one could need. It was also very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The management company was great to work with and very attentive. I'll definitely be back

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I with two kids (11 & 8) stayed for a week and loved it. It was the perfect size for my family. We loved waking up to the beach every morning. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room. It was wonderful and we plan to come back next year.

Nice condo

Blue Tide 6A is located centrally to all that 30A offers. We rode bikes to Rosemary Beach, Peddlers Pavilion and the Hub. Went to Seaside fir dinner. Loved the beach access from the Condo. All a very pleasant experience and the relaxation we enjoy onnour beach vacations. The rain didn’t both us at all. Stopped each day leaving plenty of beach time for us.

Ideal!

Awesome rental close to the beach! Clean and updated. I needed something that the condo didn’t have and the property manager brought it within the hour. There are several condos connected and besides and footsteps above us (which is expected), it was very quiet and everyone was friendly. We had no problems with internet or tv like previous guests. We will definitely be back!
