Amazing home

The home was perfect for my whole family. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We would totally rent this home again.

Everything was perfect

From the moment we walked in, it was wonderful. The inside was everything we expected and the outdoor are excellent. We will definitely be staying again!

Great Time

Everything about this house was perfect. Roomy, clean, homey, and we felt safe. Safety alarms on doors to pool were such a comfort for our grandson. Whatever questions we had, they were answered very quickly. House wonderfully stocked, 2 ice makers were so nice. Screened in backyard was a plus too! We will definitely come back.

We will NEVER find another home like this!

My family of 13 stayed four days and three nights here. The second we walked in, we fell in love with the property. The pool area was a perfect setting for our many volleyball games and just late night swims. I can go on and on about this house. My only complaint would be nothing about the house but more so about the beach near us not having any options for umbrella/chair rentals. But the house did come with plenty of chairs and one umbrella.

Great Labor Day Getaway

Our family of six and our neighbors (4+new born) had a great trip to Brenda Ln! The house had a great layout, and absolutely no steps to traverse! That isn't common for modern homes in this area, and was welcome difference of most 3-4 story homes. The host had nice starter kit of everything you could need while there, and the multiple ice makers were key with a big group. We enjoyed all indoor and outdoor entertaining areas day and night. You'll especially love the screened in porch free of bugs no matter the season. You are a very short walk to the beach, which you'll likely have almost to yourselves given the restricted access. We were there on a holiday weekend and never felt crowded at all. We highly recommend this home and Kemp our host!

Perfect spot for a large group - family friendly!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. The house was perfection - it had everything we needed and more. The walk to the beach was easy and quick, even with young kids. The house itself was beautiful. King beds in the bedrooms and full bunk beds meant that everyone had a comfortable stay - even the one adult we had sleeping in the bunk room. The pool and outdoor space made it great even when we encountered rainy days. I was nervous with the pool and a toddler who doesn’t swim, but they have a door alarm system that is great and gave me peace of mind. The property manager was incredibly responsive. They got back to us on any random questions within an hour. 10 out of 10! Definitely booking this house again for our future trips.

Beach Blast

Very easy to rent and good communication with rental company and manager. Beach access wasn’t great with babies-40 steps down to the beach. No company would rent chairs and umbrellas to us due to a lack of agreement with the owner. We wish we’d known we would have been better prepared. We also would have liked to have been able to use the surround sound by the gorgeous pool area. The house is amazing, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could have possibly needed!! We’d definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful Home in great location!

This home is beautiful and very spacious! Location is one of the big benefits! The walk to the beach is very short and Brenda Lane is only one street over from the Watersound parkway which makes it easy to get to the highway/98 and avoid some of the crazy 30a traffic. The house is also right next to Alys and Rosemary so it was easy to access those areas and restaurants. The house itself was very clean with a huge kitchen/living area and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in pool and outdoor living area, especially in the evenings. Only negative was that vendors don't have access to set up beach service at this beach access so you need to bring your own chairs/umbrellas/tents etc.

Family beach trip

Better on Brenda is a beautiful property with lovely features and large indoor and outdoor living spaces. Perfect for my multi-generation family to gather, eat and play. The private pool is another great feature and the private beach access is an easy few minute walk from the house. We loved everything about this property and enjoyed our stay!
