Condominio recientemente remodelado para nuestra temporada de alquiler 2020. Las sillas de playa gratuitas de temporada incluyen dos tumbonas con sombrilla del 15 de marzo al 31 de octubre.

¡No permita que la falta de comentarios le impida reservar este hermoso condominio frente al golfo! ¡Nuevo para el año 2020, este es su primer año de alquiler y está completamente actualizado y esperando por usted! Sé uno de los primeros en quedarte en nuestro condominio bajo en el octavo piso. Está bien equipado, es cómodo y todo lo que necesita para unas maravillosas vacaciones en la playa.

Este condominio incluye increíbles vistas desde el octavo piso de la playa y el golfo desde el enorme balcón de 10 X 28. El condominio está bellamente remodelado y muy cómodo. El dormitorio principal frente al golfo, con cama King, incluye acceso al balcón y baño principal privado con ducha a ras de suelo con puerta de vidrio. La gran habitación de invitados incluye cama king y acceso privado al segundo baño. Para espacio adicional para dormir, la sala de estar incluye un sofá cama. La cocina incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro. El comedor incluye mesa y sillas para cuatro. Un cuarto de lavado con lavadora / secadora es perfecto para mantener su ropa, trajes de baño, ropa de cama y toallas limpias.

Nuestra área tiene actividades en abundancia! ¡Las actividades acuáticas, compras, restaurantes y entretenimiento están ahí! Cerca de excelentes campos de golf. Todo lo que pueda necesitar está dentro de 2 millas, incluyendo supermercados, farmacias, Wal-Mart. Conveniente al aeropuerto; menos de 12 horas en coche de la mayoría de las ciudades del medio oeste de los EE. UU. Al otro lado de la calle del campo de putt-putt doble, Y la pista de go-cart. Justo al final de la acera, a pocos pasos, encontrará el restaurante Runaway Island, uno de los restaurantes más bonitos y deliciosos frente a la playa en Panama City Beach.

Amazing!

Truly amazing property. We will book this condo every single time we come to PCB. Clean(and I am a perfectionist), decor was perfectly done, updated for feel of being at home, beautiful view, the showers holy moly they are amazing, balcony with awesome furniture and views. We loved it. Can't wait to get back in September.

Beautiful place to stay!

Loved the condo, the balcony, the proximity to the beach & the reserved parking spot!! No issues at all with the elevators. It was a relatively quiet place to stay. The outside sounds are muffled very well & inside you rarely hear your neighbors. The only drawback to the balcony is that some evenings you could hear loud music from the building next door. (Fontainebleau) Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Very good! Clean

The room, the pool, and overall cleanliness is very good! My only concern is with the elevators, people were waiting half hour just for an elevator. While we were there there was only 2 running. But, from what I heard they had been closed 3 weeks from this period. This is not that big of a deal, but would be helpful to have 3 running for 23 levels. The last thing is the overflow parking. It is very inconvenient, and there are not a lot of spaces. Since the 2 bedroom condos only come with 1 guarantee parking space. But overall nice place!

Beautiful condo but could’ve been a little more thorough with the cleaning.

The condo was beautiful and had amazing views. But we noticed chips under the couch, a pacifier under the bed and hair on some of the towels. We know they have to clean in a hurry but maybe just be a little more careful.

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. Very spacious. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars because the housekeeping was not quite up to par. The dishwasher did not work either, so we had to hand wash everything. I sent two messages to the property manager on both issues via their app but did not receive a reply. Again, nothing critical but I would have expected better house keeping standards.

Amazing get-a-way!

My husband and another couple had a great time! There was plenty of room and the condo was beautifully decorated. The beach chair rentals were a nice touch to this booking. We were also thrilled to find extra chairs, umbrellas and beach gear in the laundry room! Thanks to Greta's Beach Rentals for an excellent stay!

Spring Break

My sister in law and I brought my daughter and her best friend to Panama City Beach for their Senior Spring Break. The condo was beautiful and immaculately kept. The location was convenient and the views, especially the sunsets were amazing! The beach access was wonderful, however we did experience some stormy weather, including a water spout and tornado warning on the day we left which was a bit scary but we certainly can't control mother nature. My only concern at all was the parking garage, the clearance is very low and the parking spots are tight. Other than that, we could not have been happier. Thank you for allowing us to make these special memories before my daughter goes off to college in the fall. The Hopkins Family

Wonderful Beach Front Condo

I can't recommend this condo enough. It's absolutely beautiful, modern and clean. The rooms are all spacious and well furnished and there's a balcony overlooking the gulf that goes the full width of the livingroom and master bedroom with multiple chairs and tables. The only slight downside is the garage. The parking spots are spacious enough but the turns are tight even for a small car. It is part of the building though, which is nicer than all the ones that are across the street from the complexes. I literally want to go back to Panama City Beach just to stay there again.

Great Little Getaway

The condo was amazing! It was very clean and beautiful. I appreciated the amount of towels provided because it's the little things that matter. The balcony was sooo nice! I spent a lot of time out there just drinking coffee and listening to the ocean. Right on the beach! There was construction going on while we were there, and one morning was kind of loud. They started before quiet time was over (before 10am) but it wasn't horrible. There is only one thing that would really make me consider not coming back and that was the parking garage underneath. It was absolutely the worst parking situation I could imagine. I'm glad we came during off season where there weren't that many visitors. If it would have been full, then I don't know what we would have done. Its very narrow and you absolutely cannot make the turns in one go, and if it's wet, your vehicle will have difficulties getting up to the top floor. Also, there are no arrows pointing to the 5th floor of parking so we had to drive around to find the next ramp. It was not pleasant driving in or out of there. On the other hand, the staff at Greta's Beach Rental was very helpful. We called a few times before leaving to make sure we knew the whole process of checking in and parking and they answered all of our questions. Thanks for a great little getaway!!

Beautiful condo and amenities and location! REALLY displeased Ocean Reef didn’t have carts to carry all your stuff up to the room. It made it rather hard especially since I had a broken foot and couldn’t carry much.

We found this property on VRBO, and the pictures looked amazing! When we got to the condo, we were pleasantly surprised that it looked just like the pictures shown online. The condo was very clean and super cute and comfortable!
