While the price was good for the two weeks we were here and it’s a nice & quiet community for a majority of our trip, we won’t stay here again. There were a lot of little details that needed work in this rental. Guest bed was horrible, hard as a rock and squeaked every time you moved. The front door scraped so bad you had to slam the door to close it. Pots & pans in the cabinet were ancient and gross. They had cuts all in the Teflon or looked like something had been burnt in them & it damaged the pot. Every cabinet in the place needs to be painted. The baseboards were nasty. The ceiling fans needed cleaning as well as the huge pieces of dusty cobwebs hanging on the ceiling. We had issues with getting a gas tank for the grill (eventually this issue was resolved). Washer and dryer are ancient and have rust all over them. You have to run the dryer 3 times just to get it to dry a load of clothes. Master bedroom tv never worked for streaming Netflix. Then we had neighbors move in next door that smoked weed on their balconies that smelled so strong you could smell it inside! This could be a great rental if details were fixed. Overall, we got a decent deal but wouldn’t rent here again due to the large amount of details that needed fixing.
