First off, thank you David for everything! Before arriving, he answered every message I sent, usually within minutes. We ended up being able to come an extra day and he really helped us out. Once we got there, it was the cutest little studio! It had everything listed and then some. This one didn’t have a full kitchen but there were crockpots, blenders, etc in the cabinet. We didn’t need anything!
The maintenance staff was great. We came in one evening after dinner and noticed some water on the floor due to the air conditioner running a lot and a small clog in the line. No big deal, my husband knows how to deal with it. It happens every summer at home. Before I can even get the water wiped up, they were on top of it! Calling and messaging. An AC man was there in about 30 minutes! Problem solved.
About security, it is no joke. I was a little annoyed at first with the constant checking our pass every time I came in but then we lost it, on a weekend at that. They were so helpful! They got us through until management was on site on Monday. Then, with only one day left, management helped us out as well! They WILL tow you’re car if you don’t belong there.
We have friends who ask why we don’t vacation elsewhere, like California. This is why. Southern hospitality. I’ve been there, it’s not the same. This is a place I would feel comfortable letting my 13 yr old and her friends run around without me directly by their side. We really loved this place.
