If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation.

Great property in a perfect location close to the beach. Loved having the pool as an option after a long day. It was wonderful to have our grand pup with us for daily walks. Thank you for welcoming our furry family member!

Great location! The house is beautiful, and has plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was clean. Our favorite part of the house was the top deck. We sat out on the deck each night and listened to the live band playing at Patches nearby. Only issue we had was with the plumbing. I called the host and they had someone there to fix within a few hours. We booked it again before we left.

One of our favorite vacation stays! The house and pool are beautiful…kitchen appliances top notch! The house was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable, fun stay. Beach access is steps away and the neighborhood very friendly and quiet, but minutes from restaurants and activities, couldn’t be more perfect! And on top of everything else it is pet friendly, our 2 fur babies loved it as much as us!! Check in and check out were a breeze and Kelli was an email away for anything we needed!!

Great house close to beach clean and gorgeous ! Needed steak knives and coasters otherwise couldn’t have been better will book again. It was so quiet and close to the beach a dream for our family !!! Upstairs area for the teens was perfect get away!
