It did its job but the place had one working elevator which made It tough being on the 11th floor. I also tried contacting manager about things I noticed and nothing was ever communicated in return for to check It out or fix. Great area and fun pool for kids.

Great golf week

Great week of golf and beach days. Pool was awesome. No problems with checking in and everything was great with the room.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The condo was beautiful. My only complaint would be that the elevator was down for a few hours and being on the 11th floor made it difficult.

Great location!! Not all the tvs worked in the bedrooms, and maintenance never came after we contacted them about the tv issue. There was a leak in the master bathroom from the floor above the unit. Overall, still had a great family trip.

Beautiful view, nice location and nice amenities. The condo was unclean. Floors were filthy. Lots of hairballs under all furniture. Showers were very moldy and clearly had not been cleaned this season. Furniture falling apart and stained. This condo could be nice but needs a deep clean and renovation.

The unit looked just like the photos, which was nice. Parking cost extra, which was frustrating, and only one elevator was working, apparently for months, so waiting to get up and down was a hassle. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that alcohol wasn’t allowed on the beach. The living room furniture could use an upgrade, but for the price it was fine. They have tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard, but you have to pay to use them and only during certain hours, which was disappointing—most places we’ve stayed let you use them for free and at your own convenience. The large pool is not heated, which is unfortunate as then the others are overcrowded. This place has a lot of rules which can be good and bad, they do enforce them. No grills or grilling and that's a big letdown. I just assumed they had them. Overall, the unit was fine, the condo association and PCB could do be better. We will likely look other places in the future.

The pool at this tower is always crowded in winter because many staying in Windward & Leeward utilize it, also, as there pool is not in sun. Only one elevator operating and it was down multiple days during our stay. This is a problem when unit is on 11th floor and you have luggage for an extended stay! Several times maintenance people showed up unannounced to work in unit. The worst part is they advised us they could get in if we weren't there...that made us feel safe! Furniture in bad need of replacement or a good cleaning. We were only supplied one kitchen towel so purchased some. There is NO storage for food. The pantry had old paint cans and cleaning supplies in it. Every cupboard filled with dishes. This a real problem for renters on extended stay. We have stayed at Edgewater multiple times, but this stay not up to our past experiences.

Only ONE working elevator for 12 floors waiting on check in day 45 minutes to get on. Heard it was to be fixed Monday but Monday came and went always long wait to go down or up. To long wait times.

Upon arrival there were several alive and dead roaches. I emailed immediately with pics with no response. Room definitely is in need of a deep cleaning. Overall a good room with a good clean it would be perfect. TV in front master room does not work.
