Cant wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our three beach loving kids! The condo fit 5 of us well (girls loved the bunk beds). Being on the private beach was also great! Big parking lot, squeaky clean condo, and our kids smiling faces make this place one of the best on 30 A!

Relaxing stay!!

Great location, listening to the waves at night from the den. Just steps down the walkway to the beach. Beautiful views. Located just a short bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach communities. Just a short drive down the road from Seaside. Could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Great location just outside the congestion of Rosemary Beach, but the same beautiful sand, trails, and view. Free Beach Chair service during the summer. We did wish this had been available for our November stay.

Perfect for private beach access and beach service

Perfect inexpensive stay for private beach access and beach service. You get what you pay for obviously not the most aesthetically appealing compared to others. One and only bathroom was tiny and the unit was small for my family of 5 but we made it work. Complaints- needs new tvs and no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Great location, right on the beach. Bare bones condo. They only allowed one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. Nothing extra. Bring any and everything you might need if you want to cook, like your own salt and pepper

Great beach access - chairs/umbrella set up everyday if you wanted to.Had issue with the bed frame the first day, but BM customer service had a Maintenance person onsite within hour to rectify issue. Very professional - great communication all thru rental process and during stay at property.

Small condo complex, easy access to the beach and with this condo the beach chairs & umbrella setup was included. Luke was awesome and had us set in my specific/ requested area everyday - he was a very awesome, courteous hardworking young man. As far as the condo- perfect. Check in was easy, condo was updated and had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing vacation spot! The property was exactly as pictured on line. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The view was picture perfect. Benchmark management was always in communication and responsive to all questions. The beach chair and bike rentals included with the reservation weee so easy to set up. Please note - bring your own beach towels! The only small draw back was the small amount of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products for a week long stay. I had to buy extra plus tissues, hopefully they were left to for the next tenant. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: Time at the beach is ALWAYS wonderful - we had excellent weather & the included beach set up umbrella & chairs set up by the friendliest beach attendant - Publix very close by - condo was clean per se, but the furniture upholstery was pretty worn out & stained and could use either a good professional cleaning or replacement - bed was comfortable - this is a WALK UP building, so no elevator to get yourself and bags up to second and third floor - but, as far as just a quick beach trip goes, we had a very nice time & the price was reasonable for direct beach front -

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view and loved the beach service and free bikes! Owners need to improve outdoor furiture to bar height - can't see over the railing. Rods were broken for the curtains in the main room. Pull down shade was broken in the bedroom. Managment needs to make sure every communication RE: WiFi gives the correct Wi-Fi login and scrub the areas where it gives you the old login information.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, parking, and view from deck were excellent. The unit is not stocked with beach towels, paper products or first day coffee. We experienced incredibly loud construction noise above us for an entire Saturday and an hour Monday with no support from Benchmark Mgmt. In the future, we will look for properties hosted by individuals instead of a management company.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed. Bathroom hot water at the sink was turned off because of constant noisy dripping, the screen to the sliding door was upside down and backwards (we fixed it ourselves), sliding door trim is all rusted and there was a rusted piece of metal on the balcony, no screen in bedroom window, no paper towel provided, wall clock had no battery and sofa cushion torn and worn.

Bust of a vacation

Start out getting a text saying the AC was broken the night before we arrived an they were going to fix it on Monday. We arrived on Saturday so we pushed through the 76 degrees inside the condo. They showed up at 9 am on Monday even after we asked for notice and never received a answer. They stayed until 2 pm and everything was working for about an hour and then the ac shut off temp went to 78 and they can back they messed up the line and fixed it so we only had 1 good day of AC

There is a new puplex grocery store close by to stock up on. Once we were settled in we spent our time right there on the beach. Very nice stay.
