Absolute perfection. The staff is so willing to assist and provide you a WhatsApp number to message for any needs. Beautiful property, ideal for R & R. Restaurant staff and chef were excellent and very accommodating to our dietary needs (mainly vegetarian). Rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony. Only downside was that there was no air-condition in our room.

The staff was amazing - especially the waiters in both restaurants. The food was delicious, but dinners were a bit overpriced in my opinion. As there is not much to do around the hotel, it would be nice if they had a complimentary shuttle. But a beautiful, relaxing property that is well maintained.

Our stay at Casa Palopa was amazing. Not only was the property beautiful, but the service stood out above all else. Communication was very clear and exceeded all our expectations. The transfers were very well coordinated and our driver Martin was excellent! He picked us up from Antigua and then taking us to the airport early in the morning to catch an early flight. He even turned the car around when I left a valuable in Antigua, very kind and understanding. I highly recommend this hotel and it is well worth the price. Above all else the food and the staff were phenomenal, I highly recommend and I hope to visit again soon!
