The Hotel is located in the Epicentre of the German Party Mile - for our purpose it was perfect! Very sympathic service, good breakfast and clean rooms. But the surroundings are loud due to the character of the area.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Leider waren das aber auch schon die größten Pluspunkte unseres Aufenthalts. Beim Versuch, die Gardine zuzuziehen, habe ich einen Stromschlag bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zudem nicht zuverlässig. Besonders ärgerlich war der defekte Aufzug: Wir sind darin steckengeblieben und haben unzählige Male geklingelt, ohne dass sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. Letztendlich konnten wir uns selbst befreien. Dass das Personal an der Rezeption diesen Vorfall nicht einmal mit einer Reaktion oder Nachfrage würdigte, war für uns völlig unverständlich. Auch der Poolbereich machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Beckenrand war so verschmutzt, dass mein Bikini dadurch Flecken bekommen hat. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die freundlichen Bedienungen sowie die fairen Preise an der Bar.

Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer wo die e Dusche / Badezimmer sehr klein war. Im letzten Jahr hatten wir wohl ein renoviertes Zimmer, dort war das Bad / Zimmer geräumiger. Wir kommen dennoch im nächsten Jahr wieder. Alles andere Frühstück / Service/Personal super.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten bequem, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte zu meinem Geburtstag eine kleine Überraschung auf mein Hotelzimmer bekommen, vielen Dank dafür! Pool ist groß und angenehm. Der Bierkönig, Bamboleo und die Rutschbahn sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Würde wieder kommen!

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl umd Abwechslung vom Frühstücksbuffet war soweit ok, kenne aber auch vielfältigere Buffets. Das Hotel war immer sauber und gepflegt und hat seit der Renovierung auch einen modernen ansprechenden Look bekommen

Seit 7 Jahren buchen wir dieses Hotel, aber so langsam geht es echt nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind immer mehr verwohnt und es ist nie etwas gemacht worden. Lage ist wirklich gut, aber so ein wenig Wohl muss man sich schon fühlen. Das "Neue" Frühstück, ist nicht wirklich anders, nur etwas länger verfügbar. Waren wir sehr enttäuscht.
