The one bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It's located on the second floor without lift. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower.
No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city attractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.
“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.

Lovely property however if there are people staying above the noise travels alot due to the plumbing and the wooden floors. Sadly didnt sleep at all on night 2. Also not keen on having to thorw away my own trash upon departure...surely thats what the cleaning bill is for. Good central location but if we had more time to bokk we would have looked elsewhere.

Spacious one bedroom unit in Palma
Beautiful unit located in the second floor of a quiet building. The unit was clean and property management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. The location is very central and within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. However, compared to some of the other vacation rentals we stayed at in Spain, this kitchen was very sparsely appointed, with only the basics. Also, the wifi was slow, and needed a reset by the property manager, but became slow again towards the end of our stay. Also, if you have a car, do not stay here. The unit is located in a restricted ACIRE zone which means you are unable to park nearby and parking in the nearby parkade is expensive, $32 euro/day. I think if they had better cookware, a decent coffee maker, faster wifi and better parking options, I would have rated it higher.

Schönes Appartement im Herzen Palmas
Wir haben hier 4 sehr schöne Tage verbracht! Das Appartment ist schön geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der kontakt- und schlüssellose Check-in war sehr komfortabel und wir haben vom Vermieter vorab viele hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt praktischerweise mitten in Palmas Zentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten von tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Kathedrale entfernt, die verwinkelten Straßen laden zum Schlendern ein.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert :)

Appartement idéalement situé
Appartement très bien situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Palma.
Propre et bien équipé.
Manque un peu de luminosité et d'isolation sonore (pas de réelle séparation entre les pièces et bruits de pas et d'eau de l'appartement du dessus).
Stationnement difficile et cher dans Palma.

schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen, nahe Stadtmitte
Wir waren mit der Wohnung und ihrer Lage zufrieden,
es gibt ein paar kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten um bei der Ankunft die Gäste besser zu informieren: Erst nach einer sehr kalten Nacht, einigen Nachfragen und längerem Suchen hat es geklappt, dass wir die Klimaanlage einschalten konnten (wir waren im März und es war sehr kalt). Vorschlag: eine Nachricht auf dem Tisch, die genau erklärt, wie und wo man die Anlage startet, würde vieles erleichtern.
In Ihrer Beschreibung steht, dass eine Kaffeemaschine zur Küchenausstattung gehöre. Aber für die meisten deutschen Besucher ist dies keine gewesen und wahrscheinlich wissen die meisten, so auch wir, nicht wie man diese benutzt. Eine genauere Beschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen.
Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen ausreichend, aber für vier Personen viel zu klein.
Auch die Kücheneinrichtung (Töpfe, Pfannen) wäre zu klein und zu wenig.
Auch fehlte der in der Wohnungsbeschreibung erwähnte Balkon, den wir zwar im März nicht gebraucht hätten, aber im Sommer bestimmt benötigt würde.
Alles in allem für uns eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit dem Wissen, was wir jetzt haben würden wir auch jederzeit wieder buchen.
