The reception was very nosy about the group we were traveling with. They continued to ask us about the number of people in our group. This was concerning considering we were a group of 8 20 year old girls.
Rooms were just as described, with wonderful direct views of the ocean. The staff was friendly, spoke both english and german fluently. One of the kitchen cabinet‘s door was broken, but it seemed trivial compared to all else. Breakfadt was outstanding. Dinner was good. I recommend this place.,
The hotel was fantastic. Excellent buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, modern and updated facility. The room air conditioner was weak, but we slept with the sliding door open and it was quite cool. My only suggestion would be for some type of ventilation system in the bathroom, as it smelled quite moldy.
We had a great time on our trip to Mallorca. we traveled throughout Spain and stayed at apartment-hotels. This functioned the most like a hotel with great staff. The room was a bit smaller with only one separate bedroom and the two additional beds were in the living area but the kids (13 and 15) did not mind. Great location close to beach and nice pool.

Good afternoon, we are sorry that you had this feeling with the front desk staff, although if we had known that this made you uncomfortable we would have apologized or clarified the source of the comment that you felt was inappropriate. In the arrival of groups of more than two people, reception needs to be informed about the total number of people that will occupy your apartment. This is absolutely necessary to have the apartments properly prepared and nothing is missing for any passenger, in this case we checked and it was all correct. It is not necessary for you to feel worried, we are a family hotel specialized in the treatment of children and families. Receive you and the whole group a big greeting, with our best wishes
