Staff fine but rooms are grim. Kitchens in disrepair, cabinets need painting, didn’t feel clean. Refrigerator smelled of chlorine so we hated using it. Rooms are outdated and tacky. Stay was fine although we did consider moving but rooms depressing. Very institutional, everything need paint and refreshing.

We had a wonderful stay. The property and grounds are nice. The rooms are spacious and if you book the two bedroom villa each room gets its own kitchen and living room which was very comfortable for a family. The fitness center and pools are well-maintained. We did have some minor maintenance issues within the room, all fixable. I wish there were more food options on-site. And I would say the vibe at some of the pools is definitely a party scene type of crowd. But if you go to the quiet pool or main kids pool, it seems more relaxed. All in an all a great place to stay with a family simply because of the generous rooms and layouts.
