This mid-century modern condo is the perfect solution for your home-away-from-home needs. It boasts beautifully landscaped grounds with a newly installed saltwater pool and spa, as well as updated air conditioning and stainless-steel appliances. The second bedroom has been converted into a den but is still furnished with a sofa bed and privacy curtains. Enjoy the peace and happiness that this beautiful Palm Springs location provides while you relax in style.

-No pets

-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.

Condo is walkable to good places

The condo is in a well kept 50 year old development convenient to coffee, design shops and restaurants. Although closet space was ample, we missed having a bureau or shelving for folded clothes (closet shelving was full of bedding and towels). The unit is close to the pool and spa in the complex. There were a few communication snafus initially but all issues were resolved in a timely way. Overall, it's a nice place with its proximity to nice parts of Palm Springs being the most valued feature.
