We love this hotel! We enjoyed Imelda and the Maria, I think is the name of the breakfast lady... but we were very disappointed in our room this time. The bedroom smelled very bad like pets or urine, or both. the bedding was clean, the beds are comfortable, but the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in 402.

Flawless Customer Service

My stay was the best stay I've had at a hotel in years. You definitely set the standard for customer satisfaction. From check-in to check-out was very easy. The front desk staff was very accommodating. I needed a key to be ready for my friend that was coming in the middle of the night from a 31/2 hour drive after getting off a flight from New York. I believe Warren was working that night and assured me that he will make sure my friend gets the key and he did. I also had a package delivered that night as well and the front desk staff held in on to it and made sure that I got it when I checked out. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a number. I will definitely use this hotel again no matter where I go.
