We came from out of town to visit family and rented the property for two nights. We were barely at the house as we spent most of our time out with our family members, but paid a good amount to ensure we had a nice, comfortable place to sleep and though we come to the area often to visit our family, the other places we’ve stayed before were booked. The house itself was nice, but the experience not so much. It took over an hour to get in the house because the code wasn’t working and the host wasn’t available. We called Vrbo and they took care of the problem. The host later called to apologize and was shocked that Vrbo was able to access the code for us to get in. We followed the directions at check out and left by 9am. We later received a text from the host stating that the cleaning person told them there was a table missing from one of the rooms and the host asked if we knew what happened to it, which strongly felt as an accusation. We have never had issues like this with any of our other Vrbo stays and I’m not one to ever leave reviews- but this definitely warranted one.

We had a two week stay at this very comfortable home. It was in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of privacy in the fenced in back yard. Carolyn our host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The home was well equipped with anything you may need. There were many great amenities that included a beautiful in-ground pool with a lovely pool deck and lanai. In addition to the waterfall combination shower in the master bathroom that was wonderful! We had a fabulous stay! My family needed a home base to be close to my in-laws who live in Palm Bay, this place delivered! It is clean, well appointed and a very convenient location to the highway, shops, restaurants etc. and Carolyn was a delight to work with. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pool is now under an awesome screened enclosure. This allowed for bug free days and evenings. We definitely look forward to future visits!
