Check in was easy, they do require an additional deposit even if you booked online through a service so keep that in mind. The room was clean. Only thing I didn't like is the small pillows they use, it made it difficult for me to get comfortable. They're the size of decorative pillows not standard pillows. All in all it fitted my purpose. And I appreciated being able to find a hotel that was not pet friendly, which are not many anymore. So they get Kudos for that.

The person checking people in was very nice. Even with the renovation going on Comfort Suites still showed terrific hospitality. I like that they are taking the precautions needed for COVID-19 safety.
Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced! The bathroom sink drainage needs cleaning and disinfecting. Rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and courteous.
