The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. There was no bath soap provided, and when I requested it, there was a significant delay in receiving it, which ultimately required me to go to the front desk to obtain it myself. Additionally, there was visible rust in the bathroom shower. Housekeeping services were not provided on any of the nights during my stay.
